Clinical Observation Of Tiaogengjieyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Women's Menopause Mild-to-moderate Depression Of Stagnated Gallbladder Qi With Disturbing Phlegm Syndrome

Objectives To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zini Tiaogengjieyu Decoction in treatment of women's menopause mild-to-moderate depression of stagnated gallbladder qi with disturbing phlegm syndrome.To find new ideas and ways for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and early promote that.Methods Selected 68 cases of women's menopause mild-to-moderate depression of stagnated gallbladder qi with disturbing phlegm syndrome,which met the inclusive criteria.All the patients were from the Liu Yujie studio of Tangshan Tradotional Chinese Medicine Hospital,during May 2015 to November 2016.All the patients were randomly divided into control group 34 cases which were given the treatment of Deanxit,and the treatment group34 cases which were given the Tiaogengjieyu Decoction combined with Deanxit.They were treated for a course of 8 weeks.Observed the scores of HAM-D24,KMI scores,TCM syndrome,the levels of FSH and E2 before and after treatment,recording any adverse reactions.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze data,to judge the clinical curative effect,the TCM syndrome effect,inprovement of clinical symptoms,the levels of FSH and E2 and the recurrence rate after 2 months.Results In the course of treatment,two groups dropped 1 cases each,66 cases were actually completed,control group 33 cases and treatment group 33 cases.1 Comparison of the scores of HAM-D24: The scores of two groups were reduced.The treatment group was more effective,especially in improving the four factors of depression and retardarce,dysphoria and somatization,sleeping problems,weight.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2 Comparison of the clinical curative effect: Total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 87.88% and 72.73%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3 Comparison of the scores of TCM syndrome: The scores of two groups were reduced.The treatment group was more effective,especially in improving clinical symptoms.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).4 Comparison of the TCM syndrome effect: Total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 93.94% and 69.70%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5 Comparison of the scores of KMI: The scores of two groups were reduced.The treatment group was more effective,especially in improving the climacteric symptoms of hot flashes sweating,insomnia,depression,vertigo,fatigue,palpitations.There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).6 There is a significant difference between the comparison of the levels of FSH and E2(P<0.05).7 There is no diversity between the comparison of the safety indexes of liver and renal function,routine utine and blood tests(P>0.05).8 There is a significant difference between the comparison of the recurrence rate for the two groups(P<0.05),which was lower in treatment group.Conclusions Zini Tiaogengjieyu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of women's menopause mild-to-moderate depression of stagnated gallbladder qi with disturbing phlegm syndrome,relieving the climacteric symptoms without toxic side effect,adjusting the level of FSH and E2 definitely.The clinical effect and security are reliable.
