Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Phlegm-dampness Stagnated Syndrome Of Uterine Myoma With Lishi Sanyu Decoction

Objective To compare Lishi Sanyu Decoction with Guizhi Fuling Capsules in the treatment of uterine myoma of Phlegm-dampness stagnated syndrome.The clinical manifestations,menstrual volume,menstrual period,uterine leiomyoma volume and sex hormone levels were observed before and after treatment.The experience was summarized to provide reference for future clinical research.Methods The patients with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis type uterine myoma in gynecological clinic of Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected,all of them were women of childbearing age.After informed consent of the patients,the patients were included in the research scope according to the order of visiting the doctor.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into groups.In the course of treatment,5 cases fell off.Finally,the treatment group of Lishi Sanyu Decoction(n=27)and the control group of Chinese patent medicine(n=30).The main clinical symptoms and signs,integral of TCM syndromes,curative effect of TCM syndromes,volume of uterine myoma,sex hormone level(E2,P value)and overall curative effect were observed before and after treatment.Results 1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,degree of illness,main symptoms and signs,TCM syndrome score,volume of uterine myoma,E2,P between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the treatment group and the control group decreased.The treatment group was compared before and after treatment,and the control group was compared before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment.3.After three months of treatment,the two groups of subjects were assessed the efficacy of TCM syndromes,and the difference was statistically significant.4.After treatment,the volume of uterine myoma in both groups decreased,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,P < 0.05;after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups,P < 0.05.5.Serum E2 and P in both groups decreased before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.6.After treatment,the accompanying symptoms of both groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.7.After the end of the course of treatment,the overall curative effect of the two groups is acceptable,and the curativeeffect of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion Lishi Sanyu Decoction and Chinese patent medicine control group can improve clinical symptoms,reduce menstrual volume,shorten menstrual period,reduce the volume of uterine myoma,slightly reduce the level of sex hormones(E2 value,P value).In terms of comprehensive efficacy,Lishi Sanyu Decoction group is better than Guizhi Fuling Capsules group.Moreover,the non-toxic side effects and adverse reactions of Lishi Sanyu Prescription are more acceptable to patients.
