| Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Quyudingtong soup+Xiaozhenyin staging treat adenomyosis of phlegm-dampness stagnated syndrome;To explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy on phlegm-dampness stagnated syndrome in stages of adenomyosis patients clinical symptoms improved,the change of the average volume of uterus and the CA125,CA199 and EMAb,Hb,RBC,and discuss the possible mechanism of action.Methods: will conform to the womb gland myopathy diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine of Quyudingtong soup+Xiaozhenyin differentiation standard of 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each treatment group given the plans to oral Quyudingtong soup+Xiaozhenyin,the control group oral fights analgesia capsule.Continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles,observing and analyzing the syndromes of the two groups after treatment curative effect,and compared before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,primary symptom integral,serum CA125,CA199 and EMAb,Hb,RBC and uterine volume change.Results:(1)The comparison of two groups of TCM syndrome,integral and main symptom score: Quyudingtong soup and Xiaozhenyin treat adenomyosis of phlegm-dampness stagnated syndrome effect of TCM syndrome total effective rate of 93.33%,markedly effective rate was 56.67%.Fights analgesia capsule group total effective rate was 73.33%,markedly effective rate was 30.00%.After statistics analysis,two groups of curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment the total effective rate and markedly effective rate compared to the extremely significant difference(p < 0.01).After the treatment of three menstrual cycles,two groups of TCM syndrome score was lower than the average apparent,all have significant difference(p<0.01);And compared between groups also have difference(p< 0.05).Average primary symptom integral of the two groups was decreased,the significant difference(p<0.05,p<0.01),the comparison between groups was statistically difference(p<0.05).(2)The two groups before and after treatment the average value of serum CA125,CA199 and Em Ab positive comparison: After treatment,the mean values of CA125 in the two groups was significantly lower than those before treatment(p <0.01),and the difference was significant(p <0.05).After treatment,the average CA199 in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(p<0.05).The positive rate of Em Ab in the two groups was not significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups meaning(p> 0.05).(3)The comparison of two groups before and after treatment,on average,uterine volume: After treatment of three menstrual cycles,two groups of average volume of uterus had narrowed,the significant difference(p<0.01),and the comparison between groups also have difference(p < 0.01).(4)The two groups before and after treatment the average Hb,RBC value comparison: After treatment,the mean values of Hb and RBC were significantly higher than those before treatment(p <0.01).The difference between the two groups was significant(p <0.01).Indicating that the two groups of drugs have an improved effect on anemia,but the treatment is better than the control group.Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine with Quyudingtong soup and Xiaozhenyin cycle treatment wet phlegm stasis junction uterine glandular myopathy has better clinical curative effect;Can obviously improve the phlegm wet stasis and clinical symptoms of uterine adenomyosis patients;Reduce the serum levels of CA125 and CA199 value,at the same time reduce the average volume of uterus,improvements in patients with anemia.May by TCM phlegm dehumidification,invigorate the circulation of disease treatment,control the growth of ectopic lesions,promote ectopic lesions absorption and clinical curative effect.But the forward curative effect and influence on EMAb were still needs further large sample research. |
