Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Qingxinxiepi Decoction On Children's Tourette Syndrome With Syndrome Of Phlegm-fire Disturbing The Spirit

Objective: Through the observation of 92 clinical cases,the objective,safe and effective evaluation was made on the clinical effect of qingxin xiepi decoction which is combined with the intervention of psychological behavior to treat multiple convulsion disorder in children so as to provide a reference for clinical work.Methods : 92 selected cases of patients that were divided into treatment group and controlled group with 42 cases in each.the treatment group were given Qingxinxiepi decoction and the control group add psychological intervention One treatment lasted for four weeks and after three treatments,The Yale scale score before and after treatment,the total score after treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,and the graded quantitative score of TCM syndromes were observed and compared between the two groups.Complete electroencephalogram,blood routine,liver and kidney function examination Results: 1.Baseline data of the two groups(gender,age,course of disease,degree of illness,and YGTSS score)were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was comparable.2.The overall efficacy of YGTSS score in the treatment group(93.48%)was a little bit better than that in the control group(84.78%),Among them,15 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,what's more 8 cases were effective,and 3 cases were less effective,9 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,12 cases were effective,and 7 cases were less effective.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The total score of TCM syndromes in the control group(91.30%)was higherr than that in the treatment group(86.97%),and among them there were 15 cases that were cured,and 20 cases were effective,7 cases were effective but 4 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,12 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,10 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective in the control group.4.Before and after treatment,electroencephalogram,blood routine,liver and kidney functions were compared between the treatment group and the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group was greater than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant 6.The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group was P=0.036,and the difference was extremely essential(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Using qingxin xiepi decoction alone or combined with psychobehavioral intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with tic..2.Using qingxin xiepi decoction combining with psychological behavior intervention treatment can get better effect.3.Qingxin xiepi decoction which is combined with the intervention of psychological behavior to treat multiple convulsion disorder in children with multiple tourette's disease,long-term follow-up recurrence rate is lower,worthy of clinical promotion.
