ObjectiveThe self-made questionnaire was applied randomly to investigate the hospitalized patients in four hospitals in Guangzhou.The questionnaire was eventually identified after the modifying by the experts in sociology,ethics,psychology and statistical experts.And then descriptive statistical analysis,Chi square test,variance test and descriptive statistical analysis were used to analyze the impact of informed consent of hospitalized patients in these four institutes.And we will find out the factors that have a greater inflence to explore informed consent practicing situation under different factors,which will be benefit for medical doctors to deal with the patients with different backgrounds.MethodsResearch by the methods of literature study,interview,questionnaire survey,to guangzhou the three levels of first-class hospital tumor patients as the research object,basic information of respondents sociology and cognition,attitude,evaluation of patients' informed consent is analyzed,find out the influence factors of larger..ResultsThe survey results shows:(1)Tumors of different social background of informed consent right of patients with cognitive differences have statistics meaning(P < 0.05),involved in the investigation of social features,a total of 11 patients with variable,tumors,the accuracy of the cognition of informed consent right content reaches 94%,the accuracy of the cognition of informed consent right belonging was 57.9%,and the correct answer to legal signatory informed consent was 68.28%,and the different working fixed number of year,record of formal schooling,experience in hospital,hospital departments on tumor patients informed consent right of cognitive difference(P < 0.05).(2)Different social background of tumor patients' informed consent attitude difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),in this questionnaire the tumors involved in sociological features a total of 11 variables,this survey shows that different gender,age,hospitalization experience,inpatient department,education,working years,monthly income,occupation and other factors,respectively,have an impact on cancer patients attitude of informed consent.(3)Different occupation,working years,degree of tumor patients of disease information demand difference(P < 0.05).In the questionnaire,61.2% of the patients with tumor of disease information demand full knowledge,20.2% of cancer patients believe that doctors told some necessary disease information,16.6% of cancer patients believe demand for disease information doesn't matter.(4)he generally high evaluation of tumor patients of informed consent,the different social background differences in tumor patients' informed consent evaluation had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion(1)The tumor patient has a clear understanding of the content and purpose of the right of informed consent;But there is a vague perception of the ownership of informed consent and the legal signatory of informed consent.(2)for tumor disease condition information that should be told my accounts for most of the patients,suggesting that the occurrence of major diseases,more and more people are able to more rational view;It is believed that the medical party should inform the patient and the family of the patient and the family of the patient,and they should be able to deal with the sadness,so that the patient's recovery will be improved and the psychological burden will be reduced.(3)the information about the diagnosis and the patient's knowledge of the patient's knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's knowledge is low.Surgical patients are more alert and more likely to be informed by the doctors.(4)The patients who have the tumor believe that they will sign the consent form prior to the implementation of low-risk surgery and routine check-up treatment.(5)In combination with the actual situation of our country,the practice of signing the consent form of consent of the patient is not supported by both the doctor and the patient.In order to protect the relationship between doctors and patients,and protect the rights of both patients and patients,we should push forward the system of double-signing of patients and families.
