Research On Cognition Of Informed Consent Of BBS Participants Based On SNA

Objection: The doctor-patient relationship today faces a major test,then good communication between doctors and patients can promote the benign development of doctor-patient relationship,and informed consent process plays an important role in doctor-patient communication and good for making the right medical decisions.In addition,medical informatization developing vigorously,people tend to access medical information through network channels.The real-time reply situation of BBS can reveal the informed consent cognitive level of participants.In view of this,through the discussion situation of informed consent among the BBS environment,this paper analyzes the cognitive level of participants' knowledge of informed consent,and puts forward relevant conclusions and suggestions for the study of informed consent and the use of medical BBS.Method: This study takes the famous ”MuChong” BBS medical section as an example and adopts the social network analysis method to conduct social network analysis among the participants' informed consent information interaction in BBS.The research process includes the determination of the object,the selection of the sample,the design of the research scheme,etc.According to the research plan,encoding original sample data,establishing relationship matrix,using social network analysis software Ucinet,authors finished samples analysis of informed consent in the BBS community,including network density analysis,central degree analysis,factions analysis,participants' 1 mode network analysis and 2 mode network of informed consent in cognitive analysis.Finally,combined with the role of the participants,the cognitive level of informed consent in medical BBS environment problem are summarized,on this basis authors put forward to promote informed consent cognitive strategy under the medical informatization environment.Results: BBS participation about informed consent interaction is considerable,suggesting that access to medical information through medical network channels has been accepted by the public.The degree of cognition of informed consent still needs to be improved.BBS "opinion leader" is less and "marginal person" is more.The cognition level of informed consent needs to be enhanced,and BBS participantshave more simple replies.The interactors need to strengthen informed consent knowledge and increase informed consent knowledge mutual aid and output.The interactors express informed consent attitude rationally,and interaction emotion show truly.The BBS environment is good,but the management mechanism needs to be strengthened,especially for the reward of the reply.Conclusion: The public generally accepted the problem of informed consent to communicate via the network BBS,enhancing the learning of informed consent knowledge,but in the study also found that the level of informed consent cognition needs to be improved and deepened.BBS interactors also need to strengthen knowledge learning in informed consent.Optimizing interactors' attitude can conduce to improve informed consent cognition.The management mechanism of BBS needs to be improved.Based on this,this study also analyzed a variety of reasons of the present situation of informed consent in BBS environment cognition,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem from every conclusion.
