Study On Cognitive Degree Of Perimenopausal Health Care Knowledgeand Clinical Analysis Of HRT In Peri-menopause Women

Objective: The objectives of the study were to describe the situation of perimenopausal women with perimenopausal syndrome and their demands for healthcare services,to understand their level of knowledge on reproductive health,to analyze the cultural level,income level,production times,contraception and other factors on the presence related cognition.To investigate the efficacy of hormone replacement therapy perimenopausal syndrome.Method: The voluntary perimenopausal women of 200 people in our hospital between September 2015 to October 2016 were sampled as study subjects.80 people,rule out four with the treatment.All patients divided to experimental group and control group.Early premenopausal women,All 40 cases,20 treated patients were given Climen,the control group,20 cases were given traditional treatment.As same as Late Postmenopausal women.Respectively with before,after for 3 months,6 months treatment,application improved Kupperman rating criteria,recording the observation of curative effect.Result: 1.The awareness rate for the menopausal Perimenopausal women in Shihezi of MPS,MPS precaution and treatment witting rate all were below 50%.2.Cultural level is associated with recognition score(OR = 4.98,95% CI: 2.51,9.87),the higher the degree of cultural,recognition score is higher.Income level is associated with recognition score(OR = 11.89,95% CI: 4.58,30.87),the higher the income level,the higher scores.3.The symptoms of Muscle joints is common problem in Early and late perimenopausal,secondly is insomnia.4.In the late perimenopausal LH and FSH in observation group and control group obviously higher than early groups.The early menopausal groups' transition estrogen levels is higher than in the late perimenopausal groups.5.Late perimenopausal groups improved Kupperman score was obviously than early groups.Early observation group after treatment in March,June,Kupperman score decreased compared with control group.As same as the comparison of late groups.Conclusion:1.Perimenopausal healthcare knowledge awareness is higher in Shi Hezi.2.Enhancing the perimenopausal healthcare knowledge for different economic perimenopausal women is the important to improve the menopausal patient's physical and life quality.3.HRT can obviously improve the symptoms of perimenopausal women MPS,is an effective treatment.
