Objective:This study intends to explore the correlation between helicobacter pylori?Hp?infection and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease?NAFLD?,aiming at providing a new clinical method for the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD.Methods:527 patients?312 males and 217 females?who received 14C urea breath test and abdominal ultrasound examination at the outpatient and inpatient departments of Gansu provincial people's hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 with complete general data were selected, and they were divided into NAFLD group and control group according to the results of abdominal ultrasound examination. Two groups of patients with general information collection?gender, age, medical history?,height, weight?calculates BMI?,blood pressure, the WBC and PLT,TP,ALB,ALT,AST,GGT,ALP,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,FPG,UA and Hp infection state, the analysis and comparison of two groups of Hp infection positive rate and relevant variables differences, single factor analysis of related variables and the relationship between NAFLD,then according to the single factor analysis of variables associated with the onset of NAFLD,multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to obtain the independent influencing factors of NAFLD.The difference in the positive rate of Hp infection and related variables between the two groups was analyzed and compared. The relationship between the related variables and NAFLD was analyzed by single factor analysis. The variables related to the onset of NAFLD were obtained according to the single factor analysis.Results:?1?The positive rate of Hp in NAFLD group was 60.32%,and that in control group was51.20%.The positive rate of Hp in NAFLD group was higher than that in control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?2?In the general data analysis, there was no significant difference in age and gender between the NAFLD group and the control group?P>0.05?.The levels of BMI,SBP,DBP,WBC,FPG and UA in the NAFLD group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.When BMI<24kg/m2,?24 kg/m2 and<28 kg/m2,?28 kg/m2,the prevalence rates of NAFLD were 13.32%,53.63%and 80.00%,respectively,with statistically significant differences?P<0.05?.When WBC<5.8*109/L,?5.8*109/L and<10*109/L,?10*109/L the prevalence of NAFLD was32.87%,38.84%and 47.06%,respectively,with not statistically significant differences. When DBP?90mmHg,FPG?6.1mmol/L,UA M?420,F?360,the prevalence of NAFLD was higher, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?.But the difference between the SBP?140mmHg and SBP<140mmHg was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.?3?In terms of liver function indexes, the levels of TP,ALT,AST and GGT in the NAFLD group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences?P<0.05?.The prevalence of NAFLD was higher in those with ALT?40U/L,AST?40U/L,and GGT?50U/L,with statistically significant differences?P<0.05?.?4?The levels of TC,TG and LDL in the NAFLD group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.HDL of NAFLD group was lower than that of control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.When TG?1.70mmol/L,HDL M?1.04mmol/L,F?1.3mmol/L,the prevalence of NAFLD was higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?5?According to the regression analysis of binary Logistic,BMI,ALT,TG,FPG and UA were all independent risk factors for NAFLD,and the OR values were 1.324,1.033,1.811,1.107 and 1.004?P<0.05?.Conclusion:?1?There was no association between Hp infection and NAFLD.?2?BMI,ALT,TG,FPG and UA might be independent risk factors for NAFLD.
