Research On The Quality Of Life Of The Elderly Based On Medical-nursing Care Patterns

Aging of population is a common issue in the 21 st century of the world.It will not only affect the growth of the economy,but also the quality of life of the people and the stability of the whole society,which has been widely concerned by all circles.Medical-nursing care is a very important part in our pension plan,pushing specific group oriented,adapting diversified needs of the medical-nursing care service.Therefore,policy innovation and model innovation should be used to promote the sustainable development of medical-nursing care pattern and level of the quality of life of the elderly.This study expounds the relevant theories of the medical-nursing care pattern and the quality of life it based,summarizing the domestic and international research.Through the field investigation of the medical-nursing care institutions and communities in the sample area of Qinhuai district of Nanjing by means of expert consultation,questionnaires,in-depth interviews from november 2015 to january2016.We realizes the current situation of the quality of life of the elderly in the sample area,and analyze the questionnaires in the way of t-test and the Logistic regression analysis to understand the influence factors of the quality of life of the elderly based on medical-nursing care patterns,then probe the integration strategy which meeting the economic and social development capacity of Nanjing.The study focused on the quality of life of the elderly in the following aspects:First,through the WHOQOL-BREF(World Health Organization's Quality of Life Survey)scoring standard to measure scores of the quality of the elderly in four dimensions.The average score is 3.47 points(5 points);the overall health status is3.24 points(5 points),self score themselves is 78.64(100 points),indicating that the elderly population on their current assessment of the overall quality of life in general.Compared to the common pension model,the medical-nursing care provide a better daily conditions to create a livable pension environment.Secondly,Logistic regression analysis shows that the elderly with fixed occupation were more likely tochoose the medical nursing service;the elderly who gained the knowledge of health care were more likely to choose medical nursing services;compared to the elderly without chronic diseases,chronic diseases of the elderly are more inclined to choose medical nursing services;the number of children more likely to choose medical nursing services.Finally,the multiple liner regression model shows that educational level,the situation of self-care,fixed occupation,medical insurance,physical exercise and child burden are influencing factors.On the basis of the investigation,the paper puts forward the suggestions to promote level of the quality of the elderly.Including the active pushing the medical-nursing care service: exploring the suitable medical-nursing care model to meet a wide range of needs,adhering to the government lead,and take the road of social diversity pathway,actively change the idea of agedness life model,strengthen the system of publicity;optimizing the level of medical-nursing care model : promote the integration of medical nursing model to meet the needs of a wide range of pension;strengthen the convergence of policies,play a complementary role with the basic health insurance;ensure professionals and personnel training,carry out various forms of training;transform the concept of aging,increase the system of publicity;achieve resource sharing scientifically,intensify the conscious of aging responsibility.
