Objective: It is well known that hypertension is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease(CHD)?Hemodynamic changes caused by elevated blood pressure and changes in stress should lead to vascular endothelial injury,vascular elastic fibers rupture and thus accelerate atherosclerosis.Dynamic arteriosclerosis index is the use of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring data to calculate an index to assess the degree of arteriosclerosis? AASI is an effective,noninvasive method of detecting arterial function?Many studies have shown that AASI and coronary artery disease are closely related,but the different blood pressure levels of coronary artery lesions and AASI has not been reported.In this study,AASI and CAG by comparing the results to CAG a s the basis for each blood pressure level of coronary lesions and non-lesion group AASI value of the difference.To determine the relationship between AASI and coronary artery disease at three different blood pressure levels,to evaluate the value and application prospect of ambulatory blood pressure in the diagnosis of CHD,and to provide guidance for clinical noninvasive diagnosis of CHD?Methods: 425 CHD inpatients with suspected CHD from June 2011 to September 2016 in the Department of Cardiology of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University were selected as the study subjects.All subjects were followed ABPM testing and CAG surgery,the calculation of 425 patients with AASI values.According to the results of coronary artery disease,425 cases were divided into five groups: normal blood pressure group,normal high blood pressure group,primary hypertension group,secondary hypertension group and tertiary hypertension group.Then the patients were divided into normal coronary artery group and coronary artery lesion group respectively.The correlation between AASI and coronary artery lesion was studied.(8: 00-20: 00)was measured every 15 minutes,night(20: 00-08: 00)was measured every 30 minutes,the effective number of measurements>85% for the effective measurement,and the hourly rate of blood pressure monitoring,Interval effective reading without missing.Measure the effective blood pressure of the standard number of records and abandon the standard: systolic blood pressure 70-260 mm Hg(1mm Hg = 0.133 k Pa),diastolic blood pressure 40-150 mm Hg,pulse pressure 20-150 mm Hg,excluding patients who do not meet the above criteria: systolic blood pressure>260mm Hg or <Systolic blood pressure(24h SBP)/ mean diastolic blood pressure(24h DBP)were observed in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),70 mm Hg,diastolic blood pressure> 150 mm Hg or <40mm Hg,pulse pressure difference > 150 mm Hg < 20 mm Hg ? Dynamic Arteriosclerosis Index(AASI)= slope of a linear regression of systolic and diastolic blood pressure.Statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0 software for data processing,measurement data with the mean ± standard deviation(x ± s),are the normal distribution of variance homogeneity test,the two groups were compared using t test;multiple groups were compared using single Factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis using Spearman correlation analysis,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant?Results: The levels of AASI in each group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05)?With the increase of blood pressure level,AASI increased gradually in coronary artery disease group and normal coronary artery group(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was a positive correlation between AASI and coronary artery disease(P <0.05),high blood pressure,hypertension and AASI?Conclusion:At the same blood pressure level,the AASI of coronary artery lesion group was higher than that of coronary artery group?With the increase of blood pressure level,the dynamic arteriosclerosis index(AASI)increased in both coronary artery lesions and coronary artery lesions,and the risk of coronary artery lesions increased?...
