Objective:The prevalence and mortality of coronary heart disease are increasing in the population.Atherosclerosis(AS)is the pathological basis of coronary artery disease, and the influence of dyslipidemia on AS is extremely important. The change of single blood lipid level can not fully explain coronary heart disease.Incidence and prognosis. Therefore, finding new comprehensive blood lipid indicators has become a new hot topic in recent years. This study investigated traditional lipid index,non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),serum lipid index(LCI),arteriosclerosis index(AI),plasma-induced The correlation between arteriosclerosis index(AIP)and the severity of coronary artery disease provides a clinical basis for active diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods:Between January 2017 and December 2017,183 patients with coronary heart disease and coronary angiography(CAG)were enrolled in the First Central Hospital of Baoding City due to chest pain and precordial discomfort. The patients were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by CAG.A total of 144 patients in the coronary heart disease group, according to the SYNTAX score, coronary heart disease components were low group(score ? 22 points)57 cases, medium group(22 points < score ? 32 points)34 cases, high group(score > 32 Points)53 cases.39 patients with no coronary heart disease confirmed by CAG were the control group. The general clinical data of patients after admission were collected and analyzed. The blood lipid levels of each group were determined and non-HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,LCI,AI and AIP were calculated.Spearman was used to analyze the correlation between blood lipid index and SYNTAX score. Results: 1 Comparison of clinical data between coronary heart disease group and control group:There were no significant differences in age, gender, diabetes prevalence, smoking history, drinking history, and body mass index(BMI)between the CHD group and the control group(P>0.05).The prevalence of hypertension in the coronary heart disease group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Comparison of blood lipid indexes between coronary heart disease group and control group:There were no significant differences in the levels of TC,LDL-C and non-HDL-C between the CHD group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of TG,TC/HDL-C,LCI,AI and AIP in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group. The HDL-C level in the coronary heart disease group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 Comparison of low-group,medium-group,high-group and control group blood lipid indicators: 3.1 Comparison of TC,LDL-C,TG,HDL-C in low group, medium group, high group and control group:There were no significant differences in the comparison of TC and LDL-C levels between the low group, the middle group, the high group and the control group in the coronary heart disease group(P>0.05).The TG(P<0.001)and HDL-C were compared. The P<0.001)level was statistically significant(P<0.05).In low-group,mid-group,and high-group,as the severity of coronary lesions increased,TG levels gradually increased and HDL-C levels gradually decreased.3.2 Comparison of non-HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,LCI,AI,AIP in low group, medium group, high group and control group:The low-group,middle-group,high-group and control groups in the coronary heart disease group were compared with non-HDL-C(P=0.048),TC/HDL-C(P<0.001),LCI(P<0.001),and AI(P< The differences in 0.001)and AIP(P<0.001)were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the low group, middle group, and high group, the levels of non-HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,LCI,AI,and AIP increased gradually as the severity of coronary lesions increased.4 Correlation analysis between blood lipid index and severity of coronary artery disease(SYNTAX score):Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that SYNTAX score was compared with TG(r=0.373,P<0.001),non-HDL-C(r=0.180,P=0.015),TC/HDL-C(r=0.358,P<0.001),LCI(r=0.391,P<0.001),AI(r=0.358,P<0.001),AIP(r=0.422,P<0.001)showed a positive correlation.SYNTAX score was negatively correlated with HDL-C(r=-0.282,P<0.001),but not with TC and LDL-C levels. Conclusion:Blood lipid and blood lipid ratio can reflect the disorder of lipid metabolism in coronary heart disease.TG,HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,LCI,AI and AIP have certain significance in assessing the severity of coronary artery disease, predicting the progression and prognosis.Among them,AIP has the highest correlation with SYNTAX score, suggesting that AIP has better clinical value.
