Clinical Study Of Laparoscopic And Open Tension-free Hernia Repair

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of the laparoscopic hernia repair mesh fixation group,Laparoscopic hernia repair mesh free fixation group and tension-free inguinal hernia repair surgery group repair surgery.Discuss three different sets of strengths and weaknesses of inguinal hernia repair method of clinical effect,good for clinical application,to guide clinical practice.Find that is suitable for clinical application hernia repair surgery method.Methods: A retrospective analysis.The clinical data of 126 patients with inguinal hernia repair,between January 2012 and January 2015 in qufu hospital admission,at the same time,in accordance with the surgical method of divided into laparoscopic hernia repair mesh fixation group(A group,41 cases),Laparoscopic hernia repair mesh free fixation group(B group,46 cases)and tension-free inguinal hernia repair surgery group(C group,39 cases),to compare three groups of patients,such as time of operation,intraoperative blood loss,postoperation pain,postoperative chronic pain,postoperative bed time,postoperative eating time,length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost,infection of incisional wound,incision hematoma,seroma,uroschesis,intestinal adhesion.recurrence hernia.Follow-up of 1-2 years were observed in patients with near and long-term complications.Statistical analysis of the difference in time of operation,intraoperative blood loss,postoperation pain,postoperative chronic pain,postoperative bed time,postoperative eating time,length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost,infection of incisional wound,incision hematoma,seroma,uroschesis,intestinal adhesion,recurrence hernia of three surgical procedures were analyzed,and statistical analysis was performed by t-test and chi square test.Results: The laparoscopic hernia repair mesh fixation group(A group,41 cases),Laparoscopic hernia repair mesh free fixation group(B group,46 cases)and tension-free inguinal hernia repair surgery group(C group,39 cases),the three groups of patients with surgery have gained better curative effect,the differences in age,gender,and type of disease were not statistically significant.group B and A in time of operation,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative eating time,postoperative bed time,length of hospital stay less than group A(difference was no statistically significant,P > 0.05).group B and A in hospitalization cost less than group A(difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05),group A and C in intraoperative blood loss,postoperative eating time,postoperative bed time,length of hospital stay less than group A(difference was statistically significant,P < 0.01),group C and group A in hospitalization cost less than group A(difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05),in time of operation difference was no statistically statistically.group B and C in intraoperative blood loss,postoperative eating time,postoperative bed time,length of hospital stay less than group C(difference was statistically significant,P < 0.01),group A and group B in complication and recurrence hernia difference was no statistically significant,but the two group was statistically significant difference to group C,group A and group C in infection of incisional wound,incision hematoma,seroma,uroschesis,intestinal adhesion,postoperative chronic pain,ecurrence hernia difference was no statistically significant,but in postoperation pain is less than group C(difference was statistically significant,P < 0.05).group B and group C in infection of incisional wound,incision hematoma,seroma,uroschesis,intestinal adhesion,postoperative chronic pain,recurrence hernia difference was no statistically significant,but in postoperation pain is less than group C(difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Laparoscopic hernia repair and tension-free inguinal hernia repair surgery are safe and effective operations,laparoscopic hernia repair is superior to open without tension hernia repair.Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the patch in the case of without nailed the combiner and nailed the combiner can still achieve application phase after surgery effect,total complications and the incidence of various complications were no statistically significant difference between the three groups.Laparoscopic hernia repair meshfree fixation is a simple and practical,low cost,less complication,easy popularization surgical method.
