| Objective:To study the relationship between Hcy,UA level and carotid atherosclerosis plaque in cerebral infarction,and to study the relationship between Hcy,UA and plaque characteristics of cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:Randomly selected and analyzed retrospectively from January 2015 to February 2016 in 468 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Neurology department of First Hospital of Lanzhou University.The cases of cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerotic plaque group(plaque group)234 cases of cerebral infarction with carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque group(non plaque group)224 cases.All patients were examined by carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound for plaque and plaque characteristics,Head CT or MRI examination to determine the location of infarction.Hcy,UA,blood lipid and blood glucose were measured and determined.Results:Cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerotic plaques group,Hcy,UA level is significantly higher than the cerebral infarction without carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque group;cerebral infarction with carotid atherosclerosis plaque in patients with unstable plaque group,Hcy,UA level is also significantly higher than the stable plaque group.Conclusion: Hcy,UA level can reflect the nature of cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerotic plaques.Carotid artery unstable plaque group Hcy,UA levels is higher than stable plaque group.The higher the risk of unstable plaque with the higher level of Hcy and UA,the greater the risk of cerebral infarction.Early screening,controlling Hcy,UA levels,regular monitoring of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and drug intervention are of clinical significance for the prevention of cerebral infarction. |
