Clinical Observation Of Combined Therapy With Rosuvastatin And Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets On Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaques And Dyslipidemia In Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of Rosuvastatin and Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets on carotid atherosclerotic plaques and dyslipidemia in patients with cerebral infarction; Methods:A total of 56 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques complicated by cerebral infarction, who were treated in the third Affliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College during 2013.09-2014.01,were randomly divided into control group (28 cases) and treatment group (28 cases). The control group was given Rosuvastatin in 10mg per night and the treatment group was given a Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablet,3 time/d oral united Rosuvastatin 10 mg per night. Two groups both were evaluated for 6 months. The carotid intima-media thickess (IMT), thickness and area, the scores of carotid aterosclerosis plaques, blood fat were compared between the two groups. Adverse drug reactions were observed.Results:Before treatment, there were no statistical significance on the carotid IMT. plaque area.total plaque scores and blood fat between the treatment group and control group. Except HDL-C,The six indexes in two-groups were reduced compared pretreatment (P<0.05), at the end of the 6 months treatment, carotid IMT, plaque area and total plaque scores,TC.TG.LDL-C in treatment group were lower and HDL-C was higher than control group, with statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Rosuvastatin combined therapy can reduce carotid IMT. plaque area. total plaque scores.TC.TG.LDL-C TC.TG.LDL-C and increase HDL-C.2.Rosuvastatin and Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets combined therapy has antiatherosclerotic effect. 3.Rosuvastatin and Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Extract Tablets combined therapy can reduce TC,TG,LDL-C and increase HDL-C.
