| Objective: Atherosclerosis is the pathological basis of cerebral infarction, and unstable plaque formation is a key factor of cerebral infarction, recurrent. Inflammatory reaction participates in the development of atherosclerosis, the unstable plaque formation and rupture. This project aimed to observe the levels of lasma lipoprotein-association phospholipase A2( Lp-PLA2) and cyclophilin A in unstable carotid atherosclerosis plaques with atherosclerosis cerebral infarction patients( ACI group)ã€simple carotid atherosclerosis in patients with unstable plaques( simple plaques group) and healthy people( control group). To investigate the relationship between the levels of plasma Cy PAã€Lp-PLA2, the unstablility of carotid plaque and ACI.Methods: One hundred patients with carotid unstable plaque confirmed by carotid ultrasound, divided into two groups as follows : cerebral infarction group( ACI group, n=50) or not having cerebral infarction( plaque group, n=50). And 50 health subjects over the same period as control. Collect the general information : age, sex, index of body mass index(BIM), smoking history, examined the levels of total cholesterol( TC), Triglycerides( TG), high density lipoprotein( HDL), lowdensity Lipoprotein( LDL),glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb Alc), Homocysteine( HCY), C-reactive protein( CPR)after an overnight fast. The levels of serum Cy PA, Lp-PLA2 were detected by ELISA. Adopt SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. Measurement data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation( x ±S), comparison between groups use one-way ANOVA, Equal Varance not assumed use rank sum test, attribute data expressed as a ratio with the chi-square tes. All the indexes of a test as relevant variables, cerebral infarction events occurred as dependent variables analyze the risk factors with logistic analysis. Results: The levels of plasma Cy PA in patients with ACI group( 2.031 ± 0.679 ng/ml) > plaque group(3.790 ± 0.943 ng/ml)> the control group( 5.113±1.568 ng/ml), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that Cy PA is the independent risk factors for patients of unstable plaque occurring cerebral infarction( OR= 2.71, 95%CI: 1.52~ 4.83, P=0.01). Correlation Analysis show Cy PAã€Lp-PLA2 into positive correlation( r=0.343).Conclusion: Plasma Cy PAã€Lp-PLA2 level can be used as a clinical marker of unstable carotid plaques; The serum salusin-α level are possible risk factor for cerebral infarction.Joint detection of Cy PAã€Lp-PLA2 could predict the occurence of ACI. |
