| The main purpose of the hospital is to provide medical care services.With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition in the medical service industry is becoming more and more fierce,and the demand for medical technology and service level of the patients is also increased.Based on the eight principles of quality management,in order to meet the "people-oriented" design requirements,the quality of medical service evaluation standards have been developed from a single diagnosis and treatment to clinical efficacy,cost,service,environment and other aspects of the comprehensive level.At the same time,the patient satisfaction has been included in the evaluation index of hospital management.In addition to improving patient satisfaction,as a medical staff working environment,working status is also susceptible to environmental factors.For the above reasons,to improve the medical environment is particularly important.Affected by the population,there are many floors,tedious process and large flow of people in our hospital.Therefore,as a tool for way finding,the identification system in medical environment is indispensable.Affected by the nature of the hospital and the user's own factors,the hospital environment is easy to make people feel uneasy,anxiety and tension.Through the research,it is found that the use of color in hospital has a strong psychological impact on users.In addition,this paper also introduces the concept of universal design,considering the sensory experience and psychological experience of patients with color blindness and normal vision.Based on the research of the identification system and the theory of color in the medical environment,21 Shanghai hospitals are taken as the object of the study.The purpose of this study is to obtain the user's perception preference of current situation of identification system`s color design in medical environment through interviews and questionnaires,so as to play a guiding role in the design field.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Case study on hospital identification system.The universality and credibility of the selected object are taken into account.21 Shanghai Grade III-A General Hospitals are chosen as the object in the case study.And then use the PANTONE card to compare the color of the the identification system in the 21 hospitals to obtain the color value.In this paper,the color scheme of each hospital is analyzed,and 8 representative color schemes are selected as the samples of psychological research.Using the Vischeck software to simulate the 8 color vision effect of the color scheme,a total of 16 samples.12 pairs of semantic adjectives which can be used to describe the color are selected,and the semantic differential method is used to build up a set of seven psychological scales.The psychological research on the color of the medical guide sign system is obtained byquestionnaire.The questionnaire is consists of three parts,in the first part,the subjects need score the 12 adjective groups according to the semantic perception and evaluation of color scheme of each sample,a total of 192 questions;the second part is the choose that applying the color scheme of military hospital identification system;the third part is the basic personal information.The questionnaire is made online and questions are answered offline before the relevant instructions and questions.After analyzing the data by Excel and SPSS software,some conclusions are as followed:(1)When using the color scheme of red and green,special visual crowd is also be additional considered,while the blue and brown are more versatile.(2)A single gray color system is easy to increase the user's negative emotions.(3)Blue,green and orange is more likely to bring positive emotions.(4)Green,blue color system is more suitable for military hospitals.The purpose of this paper is to reduce the negative emotions caused by the color of hospital identification system and provide effective suggestions for the relevant color research by analyzing user profiles. |
