The demands for resources for autistic rehabilitation centers is also increasing. The more consideration of autistic family or rehabilitation center, in the choice of ancillary products for children, is how to improve the autistic children through product defects. But the domestic research for children with autism products is not yet mature. The selection ismuch more limited for the products of autistic children products. Autistic children are a special community of users whose toy designs need to play a role in cognitive development.so they can adapt to their rehabilitation training. In this study, children with autism as the starting point of the behavior to interactive design concept as the center, make full use of Internet of Things RFID and SCM technology which are expanding the imagination and operation space. With the mainstream social education theory guide,I put forward the final conception. The program concept, a dedicated zodiac toy for the language, social, sensory integration of children with autism. The users of these toys are autistic children between three to eight years. The toys will lead them to make conversations with each other and produce social interactive behaviors when they communicate with the toys. To ensure that they play toys when the behavior can be improved and meet the interactive experience with toys to explore the behavior. At the same time, the toy will be sent to the Qingdao Yilin special education kindergarten. And the autistic children will accept a longterm effect observation and evaluati on to testify the needings of autistic children were satisfied and the purpose of behaviors imp roving were achieved.I hope that the results of the study is not only making the publics pay more attention on the autism, but also giving an enlightening idea for the researchers to solve these problems w hich including the imperfect social service system and poor adaptabilities in special products.
