With the acceleration of people's life and work pace,as well as the changes of society,economy and environment,China's aging population has gradually appeared.The proportion of chronic diseases and sub-health status have been increasing year by year.However,the corresponding medical facilities and resources are far from sufficient.At present,the chronic diseases can only be systematacially diagnosed in professional medical system.The professional medical system have the advantages of accuracy and comprehensiveness.But at the same time,there are some problems such as high cost,low efficiency and limited point location.With the development of sensor technology,people can use intelligent home medical terminal to make preliminary measurement and judgment in advance.Therefore,the system of wireless intelligent health based on internet of things has a great prospect of promotion.With the continuous promotion of Internet of things technology,computer,wireless communication,transducer technology has presented a rapid development.Meanwhile,The muti-disciplinary intersection has laid a great foundation for the development of intelligent medical treatment of Internet of things.The realization of intelligent wearable devices and software of health terminal will bring forward new feasible solutions of the shortage of medical resources in the medical field in China,the inability to monitor patients with chronic diseases,and the prevention of certain diseases.Therefore,combining the IoT technology,wireless communication technology and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases can realize a real-time monitoring of physical parameters of patients,which has a great practical significance for the development of intelligent medication in our country.As a point,this paper designed a terminal system of wireless intelligent health of Internet of things.The design and implementation of the system are divided into the following five parts.1.This paper analyzed the impact of common physical parameters of chronic diseases on human body and determines that the physical parameters such as blood pressure,oxygen saturation,pulse,weight and other are the systematic detecting targets.Combined with the characteristics of the targets,the whole scheme design of the intelligent health service system is operated.This system is divided into two parts: software and hardware,including main control module,sensor module(blood pressure,oxygen saturation,pulse,weight),WiFi wireless communication module,cloud server center,Android App and Web terminal.2.The system adopts modularization idea to deeply study the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.The design of systemic hardware circuit and the complication of each module has been finished by using the main module as core,sensor module and WiFi wireless communination module as extension3.The data processing center of health service system is completed by using cloud server and database technology.The TCP control program of cloud server and the accessing program of MySQL database are complied with Java language.The data processing center of health service system can receive and store the physical parameters such as blood pressure,oxygen saturation,pulse,weight and so on.Patients and their families can use Android App to query the latest data and historical data of the physical parameters in real time.Medical workers can also use the Web terminal to trace their patients' information in real time in order to change the treatment at any time.4.Through the pre-design of the prototype tool of Axure,the UI and functions of the system App are designed.The background data processing program of APP is compiled and the development of Android App is completed.Furthermore,we realized the back-stage monitor of the system by using dynamic Web pages and defined the frame format of the physical parameters transmitted by the communication module in the system.The completion of Android APP and Web terminal realized the monitoring of physical parameters by medical workers and patients using the intelligent terminal and PC conveniently.5.This paper puts forward an optimization scheme to solve 50 Hz powerline inference and baseline drifting in the measurement of pulse signal.The filter method is used to deal with the noise in the pulse signal,which can effectively eliminate the frequent interference of 50 Hz power and baseline drifting in experimental results.6.The functional test of the system is completed and the feasibility of the health service system is demonstrated.
