Research On The Traceability Of Chinese Medicine Dangshen Circulation In The Northwest Of China Based On RFID Technology Of Internet Of Things

The trading links of Chinese medicinal materials Dangshen are complicated and changeable,the transaction information that each trading link may directly lead to the Bar code and QR code on the packaging bag does not correspond accurately,which transaction leads to a very common phenomenon of dangshen cross goods.Compared with two-dimensional code and bar code,IOT RFID technology is cheap,soft,thin and other technical characteristics,but also has simple,fast and practical,flexible application,adapt to the harsh field environment and other technical characteristics,and its accuracy,easy to use,anti-interference advantages are more significant.In this paper,the research carry out product circulation tracking and tracing for dangshen products and supply chain enterprises of large enterprises in northwest China based on the modern Internet of Things RFID technology and establish a safe,reliable and highly accurate supply chain tracing system for dangshen products in northwest China.How to trace the circulation of dangshen in northwest China? According to the circulation characteristics of dangshen,the research analyzes five circulation problems : dangshen production process,dangshen worms,dangshen oil,dangshen mildew and dangshen personnel flow.In view of the above five problems,the paper will focus on the following aspects:(1)This the paper analyze the function,performance,logistics traceability of the Chinese medicinal materials Dangshen RFID traceability system,and the key technologies of the Internet of Things RFID,and the tag information coding and identification,and design to the reader antenna for the application environment of Dangshen,which puts forward the point of RFID precise traceability.(2)It is optimized and improved from four parameters That the RFID anti-collision algorithm based on the RFID reader and tag data transmission efficiency.And an adaptive skipping binary anti-collision algorithm was proposed in this paper.(3)The RFID traceability system software based on the key RFID technology of the Internet of Things and the basis of demand analysis and functions is analyzed and designed,and the research design various databases and data tables of dangshen according to the traceability system of dangshen.(4)The research will realize the application of dangshen RFID traceability system,verify the application of dangshen RFID traceability system,and optimize and improve the RFID traceability system,until the actual problem of traceability is completely solved.Through the above four aspects research,Chinese herbal medicine dangshen RFID traceability information collection and transmission system are more accurate,more efficient and fast.It can trace supply chain in circulation and solve the problem that bar code and qr code on packing bag don’t correspond with dangshen information data,and prevent the deterioration of dangshen and insect infestation by changes in circulation environment.
