Clinical pathway is a useful method, which can improve the quality of medical treatment, reduce the treatment time, and reduce the medical cost through the establishment of standardization of treatment planning of disease. It is very significant to promote the clinical pathway in china to solve the problems of the unfairness of medical resource distribution. Traditional clinical pathway implementation is mainly through filling manually in paper forms. It has many disadvantages, for example:clinical pathway execution is ineffective; regulation is not real time; information cannot be saved in database and so on. In order to solving these problems, this paper proposes a scheme to construct the clinical pathway management system based on the Internet of Things to meet the need of the practical application.Firstly, this paper studies how to collect the medical information by RFID tags and barcode. In order to collect many RFID data at the same time, we design the RIFD date caching mechanism. In this paper, we also study how to check and clear the redundant data.Secondly, in order to realize the functions of regional monitoring and real-time dynamic alert, indoor location algorithm is introduced to obtain the locations of nurses and doctors in real time.Finally, aiming at the practical demand of clinical pathway management, paper design the system architecture of clinical pathway management system based on the Internet of Things. This system contains four main functional modules, IOT data collection module, data processing and exchanging module, clinical pathway implementation module and medical behavioral analyzing module.In this paper, we design and implement the clinical pathway management system based on the Internet of Things. This system realizes the following functions.1) Automatic collection of medical data;2) Looking up the location of nurses, doctors and patients in real time;3) Regional monitoring of special space;4) Real-time dynamic alert of abnormal. The introduction of technology of IOTs will greatly improve the efficiency of clinical pathway implementation.
