Stud On Correlation Between Temperament Type And Syndrome Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective: clinical survey on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)with four diagnosticinf ormation,explore the related syndrome and PCOS disposition type distribution,to understa nd the polycystic ovarian syndrome syndrome and temperament typesof relationship,with a view to refining its syndrome differentiation and typing of traditional Chinese medicine,polycystic ovary syndrome differentiation provide a more objective basis.Methods: from the Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,The Amount hospitals in Gynecology Clinic selected meet the diagnostic criteria of 93 patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,syndrome distribution and measured temperament,using software to permit frequency statistics of the element type,temperament,and bluff and the analysis of the correlation between temperament types.Results: 1.the distribution of basic syndrome: PCOS patients disease distribution(from high to low): liver,kidneys,uterus,spleen,heart,and lungs;overall disease syndromes are arranged by integral were: Qi stagnation and phlegm-dampness,Yang,Yin-deficiency and blood stasis and Qi deficiency and blood deficiency.2.PCOS the patient's disposition type distribution: PCOS with neuroticism,psychoticism s cores significantly higher than the norm.PCOS with the main types of temperament and its probability distribution(from largest to smallest): choleric 26.88% 25.8% melancholic,phlegmatic 12.9%,8.6%,sanguine-sanguine phlegmatic 8.5%,bilious-melancholic 7.5%-phlegmatic,choleric-depression quality-sanguine 5.4%,bilious-sanguine 4.3%.4.relationship between temperament type and: choleric PCOS major disease syndrome is li ver(P<0.05),the main diseases and syndromes are yin(P<0.05),melancholic PCOS with main location in the heart(P<0.05),the main disease syndromes is phlegm,deficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.PCOS of major diseases,liver and kidney,study shows liver,kidney and Yang,Qi stagnatio and phlegm-dampness common syndrome of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,or it may be the underlying cause of this disease.2.PCOS women may have more psychological problems than normal patients.Choleric and melancholic-oriented temperament,bilious diseases in liver of patients with PCOS,main character is yin.PCOS patients with main location in the heart of melancholic,main disease is deficiency and dampness.Tip choleric and liver-Yin deficiency,melancholic and heart,Yang,there may be links on some physiological andpathological phlegm.
