Objective:1. To investigate the distribution rule of different Chinese syndromes of polycystic ovary syndrome.2. Analysis the relativity of PCOS Chinese type and ultrasound ovarian morphology.3. Analysis the differences between the different Chinese types of PCOS and ultrasound ovarian morphology. Provide the certain reference value for the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine of PCOS. At the same time, combine with the current situation of ultrasonic operation and clinical diagnosis to put forward a reasonable and scientific and practical standard, thereby increasing degree of clinicians’knowledge of PCOS and improving the accuracy of the diagnosis and the targeted treatment of PCOS.Methods:Will come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine department of gynecology183cases of childbearing age in integration of information sharing platform of scientific research in PCOS patients, which have the specification ultrasonic checklist and complete classification syndromes quantization tables and other information of PCOS, according to TCM syndrome diagnostic criterion, were divided into deficiency of spleen with phlegm type, phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction type, asthenia of kidney and liver stagnation type and asthenia of kidney and blood stasis type four syndromes. Which deficiency of spleen with phlegm type and phlegm with blood stasis type classified as phlegm type, the other two types classified as non-phlegm type. Respectively the related data entry excel table, using SPSS17.0comparison and statistical analysis.Results:1. The incidence of deficiency of spleen with phlegm type with PCOS in most level (accounting for37.71%of the total); asthenia of kidney and liver stagnation type in second place(accounting for25.68%of the total); asthenia of kidney and blood stasis type in the third (accounting for22.40%of the total); The incidence of phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction type at least (accounting for14.21%of the total).2. Phlegm type a little higher than the prevalence of the non-phlegm type proportion (51.91%and48.09%respectively).3. In patients were included with abnormal follicle number of PCOS under ultrasound(unilateral or bilateral,≥12) distribution of TCM syndrome cases with asthenia of kidney and liver stagnation type are most, followed by asthenia of kidney and blood stasis type, again for deficiency of spleen with phlegm type, phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction type at least4. In patients were included with abnormal ovarian volume of PCOS under ultrasound(unilateral or bilateral,≥10cm3) distribution of TCM syndrome cases with deficiency of spleen with phlegm type are most, followed by phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction type, again for asthenia of kidney and blood stasis type, asthenia of kidney and liver stagnation type at least5. The non-phlegm type patients with abnormal follicle number of PCOS under ultrasound(unilateral or bilateral,≥12) are more than phlegm type patients, while the phlegm type patients with abnormal ovarian volume of PCOS under ultrasound (unilateral or bilateral,≥10cm3) are more than the non-phlegm type patients.6. Within the four types, only deficiency of spleen with phlegm type and asthenia of kidney and blood stasis type on the right sinus of follicle number and ovarian volume has obvious difference (P<0.05). Namely, deficiency of spleen with phlegm type on the number of follicles and ovarian volume is more than kidney and blood stasis type. There is no significant difference between the right and left antral follicle count and volume under ultrasonic of phlegm type and non-phlegm type, so it is no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Different syndrome type of PCOS patients have its inherent ovarian morphology characteristics under ultrasound, it provides a strong basis for the clinical doctors to distinguish the syndrome differentiation and diagnosis and treatment of PCOS patients...
