Objective: three three special disease based on academic thought,through the consulting room blood pressure to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjusting liver antihypertensive formula,and strive to improve the status of Chinese medicine in the modern optimization field buck recognized,in order to establish the special advantages buck only party card.Selection methods: a multicenter clinical trial using completely random,double-blind placebo-controlled setting,the design of the experimental group and the control group according to the arrangement of 1:1 samples,given all patients the non drug intervention measures;the antihypertensive drugs: the single drug dose increasing in all treatment period(12 weeks)treatment period(open 12 weeks)to control their blood pressure;on the treatment of the syndrome: control group placebo particles,2 times /d,a total of 24 weeks;the test group added tiangan of Jiangya granules,2 times /d,a total of 24 weeks.After 24 weeks of treatment,the patients were followed up for a period of 2 months.The patients were followed up for a period of 12 months.Results: There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure between the treatment of hypertension and single antihypertensive drugs(P?0.05).Conclusion:(1)Antihypertensive drugs combined with liver regulating and hypotensive granules have no obvious advantages;(2)Compared with standardized treatment,the antihypertensive effect of this project is not significant,and needs to be further demonstrated in multicenter and large-scale randomized controlled clinical trials.
