| Objective: This study was to explore a more effective method by observing the effect of an invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation routine treatments which provide guidance for treatment of RAS.Methods: 60 patients with RAS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.Treatment group took Bushenyangjing and Huoxue decoction for 3 menstrual cycles before pregnancy.It also combined with progesterone injection and human chorionic gonadotropin maternal treatment to pregnancy 12 weeks.Control group took same treatment with the treatment group without Bushenantai decoction.The levels of serum progesterone(P)and serum chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG)in two groups were compared.Results:In the treatment group,the success rate of pregnancy was 93.3%.In the control group,the success rate of pregnancy was 80%.The levels of serum progesterone(P)and ?-HCG in the two groups during the 4th to 6th week of pregnancy were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05);The progesterone injection dosages of two groups of patients were compared: The difference between the two group need to explore because the dosage of the treatment was less but the number of patients was also less.Conclusion: This study can effectively improve fetal irritability and the success rate of pregnancy when in recurrent pregnancy.Invigorating kidney and activating blood circulation routine treatment was used in pre-pregnancy and post-pregnancy respectively which is significant in the clinical context. |
