Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Of Adenomyosis Clinical Observation By Cycle Therapy Of Huoxue Xiaozheng Bushen

Objective:Through the clinical experiment to explore the action mechanism of Chu Shi Xiaozheng fang and Chao Shu jianji,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Xiaozheng Bushen cycle therapy.Methods:Sixty adenomyosis patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 cases(stage of oral Chushi Xiaozheng fang and Chaoshu jinaji),and the control group of 30 cases(stage of oral capsule Sanjie analgesic and Soluble granules Tongjingbao),continuous treatment of 3menstrual cycles;before the treatment and after the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,check gynecological B ultrasound through vagina,test the serumof CA125,and observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients.Results:After the treatment the clinical symptoms integral of the two groups decreased,the difference in the 2 groups had very notable significance(P<0.01);Both of the two groups decreased in patients with dysmenorrheal scores after treatment,the difference in the 2 groups had very notable significance(P<0.01);The syndromes of TCM of both groups were 88% and 72% respectively,and the dysmenorrhea effect of the both groups were 92% and 80% respectively,the signifcant differences in the syndrome of TCM rate and the dysmenorrhea effect rate were shown between the two groups(?<0.01),suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of uterine volume change,the treatment group before and after treatment efficacy was significant(P<0.01),while the control group has no significant difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,the treatment group and the control group reduced the serum CA125 level in two groups,comparing the two groups there was a very significant difference(P<0.01),suggesting the curative effect of treatment group is obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:The combined utilization of Chushi Xiaozheng fang and Chaoshu jinaji has a great clinical curative effect of adenomyosis.
