Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Bushen Guchong Pill And Guizhi Fuling Pill Combined With Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium On Recurrent Miscarriage Induced By Non-Standard OAPS Due To Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

OBJECTIVE:In this project,through the observation of the curative effect of Bushen Guchong Pills combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage caused by non-standard obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and to explore an effective combination of Chinese and Western medicine To explore new ideas and methods for better prevention and treatment of recurrent miscarriage.Methods:A total of 68 women of childbearing age who met recurrent miscarriage(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)and met the diagnosis of non-standard obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome were collected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table:Western medicine treatment group(34 cases)took oral aspirin Enteric-coated tablets combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium subcutaneous injection treatment,34 patients in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were treated with Bushen Guchong Pills and Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium subcutaneous injections.The two groups of patients were all diagnosed from the yolk sac on vaginal ultrasound(about 5 weeks after menopause),start treatment,and continue treatment until 28 weeks of pregnancy,record the patient’s sub-symptoms,signs,tongue pulse,changes in IgM value of anti-β2 glycoprotein 1 antibody before and after treatment,and treatment until 9 weeks pregnancy in embryos with poor cyst buds,changes in uterine arteries(S/D,RI)values and changes in retrochorionic hematoma at 14 weeks of pregnancy,and statistically processed various quantitative indicators.Results:After the treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was tested by rank sum test,which showed that the curative effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was better than that of the western medicine treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms,physical signs,tongue and pulse and related auxiliary examinations of the patients(comparison between groups,P<0.05);After treatment,in the two groups,the main symptoms of miscarriage,secondary symptoms(except vaginal bleeding time and vaginal bleeding volume)and total scores were compared.After the rank sum test,the difference between the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group and the western medicine treatment group was Statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the vaginal bleeding volume and vaginal bleeding time of the secondary symptoms,the two treatments are effective,indicating that the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group is effective in the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total points However,the secondary symptoms(except for vaginal bleeding and vaginal bleeding time)showed advantages over the western medicine treatment group;in terms of improvement in the scores of each symptom,the two groups were treated with independent sample t-tests after treatment,indicating that the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was better It is beneficial to improve the patient’s abdominal pain,dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee weakness,fatigue,chills,complexion,diet and other symptoms,as well as uterine artery resistance,retrochorionic hematoma absorption,poor cystic buds,anti-β2 glycoprotein 1 antibody IgM The improvement of adverse reactions and the reduction of the incidence of abnormal liver function(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Guchong Pills and Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium are more effective in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)that meets non-standard obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome.It is more effective in improving the general condition of the patient and the auxiliary examination results.It works well.It has more advantages than pure western medicine in recurrent miscarriage,reduces adverse reactions and drug side effects,and has a significantly better curative effect than low molecular heparin sodium alone.It is very worthy of clinical promotion and application.
