The Clinical Application Of The Method Of Adding And Removing Sanjinpaishitang In Minimally Invasive Surgery Of Stone

Objective: To investigate the effect of the addition and subtraction of the Sanjinpaishitang on the adverse reaction of the patient during the D-J tube and the formation of the D-J tube.Methods:Ninty-two patients with normal petripsy were divided into experimental group(n = 46)and blank group(n = 46).The patients in the blank group had appropriate drinking water and had little activity.The treatment group was treated on the basis of routine treatment,Urinary tract infection control after taking the addition and subtraction of three gold row of stone soup,day 1,sooner or later sub-service,even for 3 weeks.The patients were tested for 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks respectively.The urine samples were detected in the urine.The ratio of the number of gross hematuria and the total number of urinary incontinence and the number of pain discomfort And bladder irritation,and the pain assessment scale was used to quantify the pain of patients during the retention of the DJ tube.Three weeks after the operation,the D-J tube was removed from the D-J tube,and the D-J tube was removed to observe whether the stones were formed and the stone volume was measured.The data are summarized and compared.Results:The recurrence of urinary tract infection in the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the number of pain discomfort,the ratio of gross hematuria and total urination,and the difference in bladder irritation between the two groups at 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks(P <0.05).The scores of the two groups were statistically significant at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks(P <0.05).At the end of the third week,Weight was statistically significant(P <0.05).The treatment group in the prevention of DJ tube shell / stone formation,row of stone,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,hemostasis are better than the control group,has a good prevention of DJ tube formation,control and prevention of infection,relieve or eliminate pain and hematuria.Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of the Sanjinpaishitang in the patients with minimally invasive surgery can not only control some of the related complications during the retention of the DJ tube,but also improve the quality of life of the patients and prevent the wall form.
