| Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the addition and subtraction Hui Yan Zhu Yu Tang Chong Ji to treat larynx leukoplakia.Methods:60 cases of patients on larynx leukoplakia was collected from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital ENT,the collected cases were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group.30 patients on treatment group,oral Addition And Subtraction Hui Yan Zhu Yu Tang Chong Ji,2 times a day;medication dripping into the throat(The first 14 days,the use of Prednisolone Acetate Injection 1ml,Injection Of Chymotrypsin 4000U,Gentamycin Sulfate Injection 1ml,once a day;after 14 days,the use of Danshen Injection 2ml,once a day).30 patients on control group,oral Jin Sang San Jie Wan,120pills each time,2 times a day;medication dripping into the throat(The first 14 days,the use of Prednisolone Acetate Injection 1ml,Injection Of Chymotrypsin 4000U,Gentamycin Sulfate Injection 1ml,once a day;after 14 days,the use of Danshen Injection 2ml,once a day).The two groups were all treated 4 weeks.Results:The treatment group,8 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly,3 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 83.33%.The control group,3 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly,3 cases were effective,12 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 60%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition and subtraction Hui Yan Zhu Yu Tang Chong Ji treat for larynx leukoplakia is effective significantly.2.The addition and subtraction Hui Yan Zhu Yu Tang Chong Ji treat for larynx leukoplakia is better than that of Jin Sang San Jie Wan. |
