The Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Using The Addition And Subtraction Of Guishen Wan On The Diseases With Hypoovarianism (Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Essence Insufficiency)under The Guidance Of "Treating Different Diseases With The Same Thera

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the addition and subtraction of Guishen Wan for the treatment of the diseases with hypoovarianism under the guidance of" Treating different diseases with the same therapy" theory. To provide an efficacious recipe for the treatment of these diseases.Methods:Adopting the contrast research method of before and after, we observe the TCM syndrome and detection indexes of 115 Patients meet the standards for diagnosis of the diseases with hypoovarianism (syndrome of kidney deficiency and essence insufficiency) under the guidance of " Treating different diseases with the same therapy" theory.Results:1.Effect of syndrome of TCM.The significant and cure rate of the total cases was 47.83%, total effective rate was 89.66%. The significant and cure rate of DOR Patients was 59.65%, total effective rate was 96.49%.The significant and cure rate of POF Patients was 23.08%, total effective rate was 69.23%.The significant and cure rate of MPS Patients was 46.88%, total effective rate was 96.88%. Treatment of before and after the TCM syndrome integral showed significant difference, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Effect of the physicochemical index.The significant and cure rate of the total cases was 40.87%, total effective rate was 66.96%. The significant and cure rate of tDOR Patients was 70.18%, total effective rate was 89.47%. The significant and cure rate of tPOF Patients was 19.23%, total effective rate was 53.85%.The significant and cure rate of MPS Patients was 6.25%, total effective rate was 37.50%.The score of E2 of all Patients were increased after treatment(P<0.01); the FSH level was reduced and uterine volume of POF and DOR Patients were improved(P<0.05) while that of MPS Patients was not improved(P>0.05). The endometrial thickness of DOR and MPS Patients was improved(P<0.05) while the POF Patients’ were not(P>0.05). the volume of ovary of all Patients were not improved obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the "Treating different diseases with the same therapy" theory, Guishen Wan could be used to treat the diseases with hypoovarianism such as DOR、 POF and MPS. By using the addition and subtraction of Guishen Wan, the clinical syndromes and detection indexes of the Patients with these diseases could be improved. So it is worth further spreading to clinical application.
