Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Topical Oxygen Therapy combined with MEBO in promoting wound healing after low anal fistula operation, and to provide an effective treatment for promoting wound healing after anal fistula operation. Methods:The study randomized 60 patients who fulfilled the inclusion criteria to treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group received Topical Oxygen Therapy(6-10 L / min)for 30 minutes after sitz bath every morning and evening, and then changed dressing with MEBO after Topical Oxygen Therapy. And the control group was only treated with MEBO after sitz bath. Both groups were based on the conventional treatment of the anorectal department, and the treatment course was 10 days. The feeling of patients and the wound condition after removing the surgical dressing on the first day after operation was taken as the standard before treatment. The pain degree, exudation, granulation growth and healing rate of the wound on the 3rd,7th,and 10 th days after operation were observed and recorded in both groups, and the time required for the wound to fully heal was followed up and recorded. The statistical analysis of the data was carried out by SPSS 22.0.Results:The statistical study showed that the indexes of the treatment group and the control group were statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.05).In terms of pain relief, there was no statistical difference between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and10 th days after operation(P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference in exudation, granulation growth and healing rate of the wound on the 3rd day after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The granulation growth, exudation and wound healing rate of the two groups on the 7th and 10 th days after operation were statistically different(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. There was a statistical difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P<0.05),and the healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared after 35 days of operation, the cure rate of the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Topical Oxygen Therapy combined with MEBO is more effective than MEBO alone in the treatment of the wound after operation of low anal fistula. It can reduce the exudation of the wound and promote the growth of granulation effectively. It is beneficial to the healing of wound after operation. |
