Clinical Study On Treatment Of Esophageal Cancer With Adjuvant Chemotherapy With TCM Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:To observe the liQi HuaTan PoXue san combined with chemotherapy in treatment of esophageal cancer clinical efficacy and mechanism,to provide a new mentality,the new way for the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods:40 patients withemergency operation criteria of patients with cholelithiasis and biliary infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group on the basis of the treatment of the PLF(DDP+5-FU/CF)chemotherapy,the treatment group based on,plus with Huatan breaking blood stasis(15g dried tangerine peel,pinellia tuber 9g,Southern Star 9g,9g of zedoary turmeric,18g of Oldenlandia diffusa,Scutellaria barbata 12g,mountain arrowhead 30g,Poria 15g,seaweed 30g,trogopterus dung 12g,turmeric 9g)twice daily,200ml each time,twice a day of service.Observation of all cases before and after treatment changes in tumor lesions,before and after the treatment,the symptom score changes(dysphagia,chest every stuffiness,Hiccup belching,vomiting phlegm),Karnofsky score changes,safety indicators(blood routine,liver and kidney function tests)and changes of the immune function.Results:With Phlegm Stasis Decoction can improve patients karnofsy score,TCM symptom score decreased,effectively improve the clinical symptoms,patients with obvious curative effect,and can effectively alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy drugs,safe and reliable.Conclusion:Compared with chemotherapy alone,the therapeutic effect of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis to enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.The prescription can obviously improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and the immune function of the body,and prevent the immune function caused by the chemotherapy of esophageal cancer,and improve the quality of life caused by chemotherapy.
