| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan Liqi and Huoxue Huatan recipe in the treatment of breast pain,and to observe the changes of the scores of short-form of McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),visual analogue sca]e(VAS)and TCM syndrome score?To explore the clinical significance of its treatment of breast pain,and to provide clinical reference for the improvement of breast pain by traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsThis study is a prospective case series study.From August 2018 to December 2018,patients were continuously recruited Outpatient and in-patient Department of Breast,Guangdong Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 100 subjects with moderate and severe breast pain(VAS>3)were included,and informed consent was signed.To take Shugan Liqi,Huoxue Huatan recipe,can be added or subtracted,after the 14th day of menstruation,stop when menstruation,one menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,continuous use of 2 courses of treatment.SF-MPQ,VAS and TCM syndrome score were performed before and after treatment.After treatment,the patients entered the follow-up period of 8 weeks,and VAS scores were performed at the 2nd,4th and 8th week.After treatment,liver and kidney function were examined and adverse events were recorded.The score of scale before and after treatment was compared before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated.Results1.There were significant changes in the total scores of SF-MPQ and VAS before taking medicine,one course of treatment and two courses of treatment(P<0 05).It is suggested that Shugan Liqi and Huoxue Huatan recipe can effectively treat breast pain.2.Before taking medicine,one course of treatment,two courses of treatment of TCM syndrome score changes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,after one course of treatment,there was no significant change in the scores of menstruation,abdominal pain and lumbar fatigue(P>0.05).There was no significant change in lumbar acid fatigue score after 2 courses of treatment(P>0.05).The results showed that the symptoms of soreness and weakness of waist and knee were not relieved obviously after treatment.3.The scores of 3.SF-MPQ,VAS and TCM syndrome in 2 courses were lower than those in 1 course,indicating that the prescription was effective in the treatment of breast pain,and 2 courses of treatment was a better course of intervention than one course of treatment.4.After 2 courses of treatment,there was no significant change in VAS score at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after follow-up(P>0.05).The results showed that the short-term curative effect was better after 2 courses of treatment.5.In this study,there was significant difference between the curative effect index and the course of treatment for 1 month and 2 months(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect index of breast pain decreased with the increase of the course of treatment.It shows that for some breast pain patients whose breast pain can not be completely relieved after 2 courses of treatment,the symptoms can be improved with the extension of the course of treatment.6.No abnormal liver and kidney function and no adverse events were observed in this study.Conclusion1.Shugan Liqi and Huoxue Huatan recipe,promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm can effectively treat the patients with moderate and severe breast pain with VAS>3.2.Shugan Liqi and Huoxue Huatan recipe can relieve breast pain and TCM symptoms,the best course of treatment in this study is 2 courses of treatment.3.Shugan Liqi and Huoxue Huatan recipe in the treatment of breast pain did not observe adverse reactions,can reduce the pain of patients,is a better choice for the treatment of breast pain. |
