Clinical Studies On Yishenshuxin Culpuse Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: Study the therapy effect of Yishenshuxin capsule on chronic heart failure.Methods: In this study,we collected into standard of 56 patients with chronic heart failure,(4 cases falled off),the remaining 52 patients were divided into control group and experimental group,26 cases respectively.the control group use conventional western medicine according to the condition(angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)or angiotensin ? receptor blockers(arbs),beta blockers,and aldosterone antagonists,according to the condition action digoxin,diuretics and vasodilator,etc.);the patients in the experimental group use Yishenshuxin capsules(4 day three times)based on the application drugs for 3 months.Observed patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change,the TCM symptom integral quantitative method is adopted,the Minnesota heart failure patients with quality of life questionnaire,Lee's assessment,test NT-pro BNP level,LVEF,number of nearly 3 months in hospital to evaluate the level of heart failure.datas using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software package to analysis.Results: compared with control group,experimental group of TCM symptom integral is reduced,the quality of life of Minnesota heart failure points andLee's score reduced,the level of NT-pro BNP decrease,LVEF is increase(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yishenshuxin capsule combined western medicine can significantly improve the quality of life of chronic heart failure patients,improve symptoms,reduce the Lee's integral,decrease NT-pro BNP level,LVEF,have effect for the treatment on chronic heart failure.
