Syndrome Differentiation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Curative Effect Of Yang-deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Water And Its Effect On Plasma BNP Levels

Purpose: observation on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine intreatment of chronic heart failure clinical effect of Yang-deficiency and blood stasis typewater and its effect on plasma BNP levels, provide new intervention programmes for heartfailure.Method:72cases of chronic heart failure patients randomly divided into two groups,control group of36cases, treatment36cases；control group for therapy of Western medicine,Western medicine therapy in the treatment group by taking self-made decoction on, for acourse of three weeks; laboratory inspection routine blood, urine, and liver normal renalfunction, electrolytes, and ECG as security indicators, in order to determine whether or nottraditional Chinese medicine, toxic side effects. observation and analysis of the two groupsbefore and after treatment with heart failure (lee’s) points; the scoring of clinical symptoms;cardiac functional class (NYHA); the echocardiography EF value determination;6-mwt;evaluation of the quality of life and plasma BNP levels.Result: After three weeks of treatment, fades the integral total curative effect in the Leeheart and the Chinese medicine symptom curative effect aspect, treatment group’seffectiveness88.9%is higher than the control group effectiveness75.0%, in the heart functioncurative effect (NYHA) aspect, treatment group’s effectiveness is88.9%is higher than thecontrol group effectiveness80.6%, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); aftertreatment with heart failure (lee’s) score,6-mwt, quality of life, in traditional Chinesemedicine healing symptoms score and LVEF, the treatment group than the control group, thedifference statistically significant (P<0.05); before treats compares, two group of bloodplasma BNP water has the drop equally, also the treatment group is lower than the controlgroup obviously, has statistics significance (P<0.05),while different cardiac function levelBNP different levels, and level of cardiac function III BNP plasma levels were higher than theheart functions II BNP plasma levels (P<0.01).Conclusion:1Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinesemedicine combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can significantly alleviatethe symptoms and signs of patients with chronic heart failure, improved cardiac function, improve patients with LVEF,6minute walk test in patients with increased distance,improving the quality of life, improving clinical efficacy and side effects did not occur; betterthan the control group simply Western;2Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicinecombined with routine Western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients cansignificantly reduce serum BNP level, level and can be considered the heart function and BNPlevels are related; evaluation of plasma BNP can be based on syndrome differentiation oftraditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic heart failure clinical monitoringindicators;3Study on the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment ofchronic heart failure as a useful discussion, and further research has laid a good foundation forthe future.
