Efficacy Of Modified Tianma Gouten Decoctionin Treating Community HypertensionEv Aluation: Clinic Blood Pressure Study

Objective: To observe the flavored gastrodia elata uncaria drink on the community hypertension deficiency hand the clinical curative effect,and further to study the curative effect of clinic blood pressure,and to explore Chinese medicine treatment for high blood pressure:Improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine antihypertensive.Methods: the experiment for completely randomized,double-blind,parallel-group blank single center of clinical research,in two weeks after the washout period,Of 442 patients aged 45-79 grade 1 and grade 2 outpatient ISH patients were divided into control group and experimental group(n = 209)(n = 234),and chlorine were given combination antihypertensive therapy(sand jotham + sinistral amlodipine)and associated antihypertensive treatment + flavored gastrodia elata uncaria drink,compare clinic blood pressure monitoring the change of the parameters,observation period of 24 weeks.Results: A total of 115 cases of complete test group and control group(n = 94).The baseline data of comparable before treatment between the two groups.Two groups after treatment in the clinic blood pressure levels have declined,but the experimental group of systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure drop is more significant,blood pressure success rate increased significantly(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion: The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine scheme can more effectively control in elderly patients with ISH clinic blood pressure levels,improve systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure success rate,can bring greater benefit in the long run.
