The Clinical Study Of The Early Precursors Progesterone In The Treatment Of Precursors For The Treatment Of Hematoma Under The Combined Chorium

Objective:Observe life of fetal pill flavored joint flexion progester one therapy in kidney empty XueRe Xing early threatened abortion under the combination of chorionic hematoma(Subchorionic hematoma,SCH)clinical c-urative effect,for the treatment of early threatened abortion with SCH to provide new ideas and clinical basis.Methods:In 62 cases of kidney empty XueReXing early threatened abortion SCH combined,will be included in the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=31),treatment group given life of fetal pill flavored joint flexion progesterone therapy,the c ontrol group given to bend progesterone therapy,treatment 2 weeks in a r-ow.Observe two groups of SCH area,SCH area/pregnant bursa area as well as the change of TCM symptoms.Results:Group the total effective rate was 90.32%,control group total effective rate 67.74%,both comparative difference was statistically s-ignificant(P < 0.05);Treatment group in improving the TCM syndrome integral,reduce the time of vaginal bleeding and reduce hematoma were better than that in control group,the differences were statistically signif-icant(P < 0.05).Treatment observation period,there were no adverse reactions to experimental group and control group.Conclusion:Life of fetal pill flavored joint flexor progesterone can effectively improve the early threatened abortion with SCH patients clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the SCH and reduce the time of vaginal bleeding.Using life of fetal pill flavored joint flexion progesterone therapy in early threatened abortion with SCH is worth in clinical application and further study.
