Efficacy Observation Of Shoutai Pills Combined With Progesterone On Early Threatened Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shoutai pills combined with progesterone in the tr eatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency,and to evaluate the effect objecti vely.Methods:100 patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency who met the inclus ion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected as subjects,and 50 patients in the control grou p and the observation group were randomly divided according to the principle of randomized control.The control group was treated with progesterone capsules orally.The observation gro up was treated with Chinese medicine decoction Shoutai Pills on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment was performed for 7 days for 7 days.After 2 weeks of contin uous treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared.Efficacy,as well as ch anges in serum?-hCG,P,E₂ levels before and after treatment,color Doppler ultrasound result s,etc.,comprehensive NT follow-up results,compared the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS21.0 software.Results:?1?Before treatment,There were no significant differences in age,menopause days,duration of disease,number of abortions,number of pregnancies,sex hormone levels,TCM s yndrome scores and color Doppler ultrasound between the two groups?P>0.05?.The two grou ps were comparable.?2?The comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The total effective r ate of the observation group was 95.83%,and the total effective rate of the control group was88.00%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?.?3?The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved after treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes after treatment were lower than those before treatment.There was a statistically si gnificant difference between the observation group and the control group in the treatment of T CM syndromes?P<0.01?.?4?Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum sex hormones in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and there was a significant difference?P<0.01?.?5?Compared with the control group,the levels of serum?-hCG and E2 in the observation gr oup were significantly higher than those in the control group?P<0.05?.There was no significa nt difference in progesterone levels between the two groups after treatment?P>0.05?.?6?The average diameter of the gestational sac and the color ultrasound showed the gestationa l sac,yolk sac,germ and fetal heartbeat pulsation.There was significant difference between th e two groups after treatment?P<0.01?.There was no significant difference in the average dia meter of the gestational sac after the treatment?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference b etween the normal gestational sac and the abnormal gestational sac after treatment?P>0.05?.There were no significant differences in the difference between the germ,fetal heartbeat pulsa tion and fetal formation?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Shoutai Pills combined with progesterone is effective in the treatment of early th reatened abortion of kidney deficiency type.There is no adverse reaction in the treatment proc ess,which can significantly improve the serum?-hCG,E₂ and progesterone levels,improve th e quality of life of pregnant women in early pregnancy,and improve the fetus.Success rate.E specially in improving the patient's serum?-hCG,E₂ levels and improving the clinical sympto ms of patients.
