Observation Of Ermiao Chushi Decoction Modified In The Treatment Of Wet Aggregates Spleen Deficient Eczema And Effects On Serum IL-25 And TSLP

Objective:By observation of clinical investigation and study,Ermiao Chushi Decoction for treating wet aggregates type eczema spleen deficient for patients before and after the clinical curative effect and treatment of the influence of serum IL-25 and TSLP.Explore the better moisture drink internal and the therapeutic effect of patients with eczema type wet aggregates spleen deficient and evaluate its clinical curative effect,so as to provide exact curative effect,non-toxic side effects and convenient medication,aims to provide a new basis for treatment of eczema and inspection.Methods:A total of 70 cases,all from shandong university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital dermatologist,diagnosed with type wet aggregates eczema patients pixu(spleen deficient),randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 35 examples,the control group 35 cases.Gender,age,illness severity between the two groups,no significant statistical difference.Treatment group with two wonderful dehumidifying treatment,control group adopts three atractylodes pill treatment refs.Treatment for4 weeks,a total of 1 course of treatment.Using enzyme-linked immunoassay before and after therapy monitoring IL-25 and TSLP,observation curative effect,eczema,skin lesion area and severity(EASI grading method),itchingdegree to improve the situation.Make statistics processing to the various index after the treatment,the curative effect evaluation.Results:The treatment group effective rate was 94.29%,control group77.14% efficient,Efficient compared two groups of patients are significantly different(P < 0.05),The treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Two groups after treatment in patients with lower serum IL-25 and TSLP arrives,and there was a significant difference compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Ermiao Chushi Decoction and shenlingbaizhu pill in the treatment of wet aggregates pixu(spleen deficient)type of eczema has definite curative effect,and Ermiao Chushi Decoction effect is more significant than shenlingbaizhu pill.(2)Ermiao Chushi Decoction,regulating immune function,have better moisture drink its mechanism may be through regulating cytokine levels and play a role.
