Clinical Observation Of Huxinkang Tablets On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Qi Deficiency And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Coronary Heart Disease PCI

Objective:By evaluating the effect of Huoxinkang tablet on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis(QDPBS),as thus to provide a basis for clinical promotion and application.Research method:The collection of QDPBS of coronary heart disease patients after PCI,divided into 2 groups randomly.The treatment group(Huxinkang tablets+conventional Western Medicine)and the control group(conventional Western Medicine)were 30 cases,4 weeks as one course.The quality of life was evaluated by compared between the two groups of patients clinical efficacy of treatment,TCM syndrome score,postoperative hospital days,medication costs,electrocardiogram effect,6 minutes walk distance,SF-36 scale and SAQ angina scale.Results:There was no significant difference in age distribution,sex composition,course of disease and classification of TCM syndromes before grouping.(1)The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)in improving clinical curative effect.(2)The treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)in improving clinical curative effect of TCM.(3)In the improvement of electrocardiogram the effective rate of treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In the regulation of blood lipid levels of patients the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)In improving the cardiac function(6min walk test)two groups of patients after treatment of 6min walking distance were significantly prolonged.The treatment group was significantly increased compared with the control group in 6min walking distance(P<0.05).(6)According to the Seattle angina scale(SAQ)before and after treatment of angina curative effect evaluation,the score were significantly increased(P<0.05)and the treatment group was higher.(7)According to the quality of life of the patients which evaluated with reference to the SF-36 quality of life scale(P<0.05),the control group was lower than the treatment group.Conclusion:(1)The Huoxinkang tablet has definite curative effect in the improvement of TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and has good safety;(2)Huxinkang tablet can significantly increase the 6-min walking distance,angina score and quality of life score in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
