The Clinical Observation Of Gaomo Treatment Of Rhomboid Muscle Injury (Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: To observe the use of Shentongzhuyu ointment for medium massage treatment of rhomboid muscle injury(blood stasis type)clinical curative effect,compared with simple massage,to observe the therapeutic effect,and to compare the differences in efficacy,rhomboid muscle injury(blood stasis type)treatment to find a more effective method.Methods: rhomboid muscle injury(blood stasis type)patients 62 cases,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 31 cases in each group,treatment group were treated with Shentongzhuyu cream massage therapy,once a day,7 times for a course of treatment,the control group with conventional massage therapy,once a day,7 times a course of treatment.The resting pain(VAS)scores and symptom scores were recorded before and after treatment,and SPSS 17 was used to analyze the data.The curative effect differences between the two groups were observed.Results: according to the score of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of rhomboid muscle injury(blood stasis type)has achieved good curative effect.Through comparison and analysis of statistics,the cure rate of the treatment group was 96.77%,the control group cure rate was 87.09%,significantly better than the control group treatment group,compared with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group were 31 cases,including 4 cases of cured patients,23 cases were markedly effective,3 cases improved patients,1 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 96.77%,the effective rate was 87.09%;the control group of 31 cases,2 cases were cured,18 cases were cured patients,7 cases were improved in 4 patients,invalid cases,the total effective rate was 87.09%,the effective rate was 64.51%.Conclusion: there is a significant difference between the effect of paste rubbing and simple massage on the injury of rhomboid muscle(blood stasis type).
