| Objective:Observing the clinical effect of releasing acupoints around neck with acupotomy in treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.To seek a new program in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis with more reasonable.Methods:Pick 60 cases of sympathetic cervical spondylosis patients and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The experiment group: releasing acupoints around neck with acupotomy,1 times for 5 days,3 times for 1 course of treatment;control group: Acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji points,1 days for 1 times,15 days treatment for 1 course.3 days after the end of one course of treatment compare the two groups of patients cervical sympathetic symptoms score values before and after treatment,after 3 months of one course of treatment,compare the two groups patients with cervical sympathetic symptoms score values and cervical vertebral physiological curvature values before and after treatment to observe the long-term and near-term curative effect.Then analysis the data of the two groups statistically and observe whether it has statistical significance.Results: The end of the two treatment group after treatment,the experimental group clinical control rate was 23.33%,the effective rate was 46.67%,the total effective rate was 93.33%;the control group clinical control rate was 16.67%,the effective rate was 46.67%,the total effective rate was 90%;two groups have no significant difference(P > 0.05).3 months after treatment of cervical vertebral physiological curvature values: measuring the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group better than the control group.The experimental group clinical control rate was 40.00%,the effective rate was 33.33%,the total effective rate was 96.67%;the control group’s rate of clinical control was 26.67%,the effective rate was 20.00%,the total effective rate was 70.00%;there were significant differences between two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Compared releasing acupoints around neck with acupotomy and acupuncturing at cervical Jiaji points for the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis,both of their short-term efficacy are same,the experimental group can effectively correct cervical vertebral physiological curvature,the long-term curative effect is better than control group.Meanwhile,the experimental group with fewer treatment,the recurrence rate is low,safe and repeatable and other advantages,which is worthy of clinical promotion and with application prospect. |
