The Optimal Design Of Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of CSA That Relasing Acupoints Around Neck By Using Acupotomy

Conclusion: To observe the influence of clinical efficacy that releasing acupointsaround neck to correct the cervical lordosis of cervical spondylosis with the application ofacupotomy,and to Research and analysis the real effectiveness of the treatment of CSA,and to explore an safe and effective, simple and reliable treatment of CSA optimaloptimization that improving the clinical curative effect of patients with the disease andproviding a basis to improve their living standard.Methods: The60cases of patients which Will be up to the included standard of CSAwere randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases as a set. Thetreatment group adopt the therapy of acupotomy realsing acupoints around neck (doublenaokong, fengchi, pohu, taodao), Once a week, three times as a course of treatment,toevaluate the clinical effect after one course of the treatment, following-up for3months.The control group using the massage routine therapy。Then before and aftertreatment, treatment after3months,to evaluate the clinical efficacy by comparating andanalysing the changing of the cervical lordosis of cervical spondylosis、clinical symptomsimproved more long-dated curative effect, the recurrence rate of the two groups。Results: After statistics analysis, to compare respectively the cervical vertigosymptom and function integral, the cervical curvature values of the two groups before andafter the treatment, having significant difference (P <0.05) which proved that two methodscan be effective treatment of CSA; compare the two groups of clinical curative effect at theend of the course of treatment, P>0.05,there is no significant difference after3months;then compare curative effec having significant differences, the treatment group inimproving clinical symptoms and the cervical curvature value for patients with CASclinical efficacy is superior to the control group. By comparing the two groups,there is small difference in the recent curative effect, in the forward curative effect of treatmentgroup is better than that of control group. The treatment group is better than the controlgroup.
