Object:This paper is to set up risk matrix of medical usage which is fit for Shuang Huanglian injection, based on TURBO mode, and also to make a general assessment of the appliance risk of Shuang Huanglian injection to different people by risk matrix and Borda ways. We purposed to define the people in high risk of suffering this kind of Shuang Huanglian injection and also to make risk management plan for these kind of people.Methods:1. Document searching:Searching fitful papers about risk matrix and Borda ways to research and grip the newest researching findings and then bringing forward the basic plan and scheme of our research.2. Professor Interviewing:interviewing or having conversation with professors to get useful suggestions3. Risk Matrix:Using the risk matrix to confirm the Shuang Huanglian injection risk level of given group of people.4. Borda ways:Based on Risk Matrix, we'll use the Borda ways to give ranks of risk factors (Characteristics of different groups of people) to confirm the Characteristics of people in high risk of injecting Shuang HuanglianResults:1. This paper discussed the research model of risk matrix and Borda in confirmation of ADR high risk people of application of Chinese medicine injection. According to the basic principles of these two theories, and the specialties of Chinese medicine injection ADR, this paper analyzed the specific analysis steps, requirement of research documents and the processing ways of data of risk matrix and Borda in the area of ADR high risk people in application of Chinese medicine injection.2. Setting Shuang Huanglian injection as the example and posing the assumption that the ratio of people under the premise of the incidence of risk, this paper set clinical application of TCM injections to determine the risk of high-risk groups ADR matrix theory and the Borda method of model generation of sequence values into the ADR case reports Shuang Huanglian injection data analysis. The rank of all these groups has the direct definition to confirm the high risk groups.Conclusion:This paper offered a new way of application of risk matrix and Borda method and also refers to the research model in the area of ADR high risk people in application of Chinese medicine injection. We also get the direct and practical results through the positive analysis of Shuang Huanglian injection.
