| Scholars are the subject of scientific research.Scholars with high academic impact can help promote creative development in their field of research.Academic research,scholarly communication,peer review and other academic activities are with urgent need to learn the relevant areas of high academic impact scholar’s academic information and scientific research cooperation network.However,how to discover and identify high academic impact scholars from the growing scholarly team,how to effectively reveal the academic information of high academic impact scholars has always been a hot issue that scientific research managers and intelligence analysts pay attention to.In the field of scholarly academic impact evaluation and scholarly information reveal,the relevant researchers at home and abroad have carried out a lot of theoretical research and practical exploration,and achieved plentiful results.However,in the field of military medicine,there are still three insufficient aspects when recognizing those scholars with high academic impact and integrating scholarly information of military medicine scholars:(1)There is still no evaluation index can evaluate the scholarly academic impact comprehensively,and the evaluation methods are relatively simple,which lacks the comprehensive application of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.(2)Due to the interdisciplinary and military properties of military medicine,there lacks systematic collection and collation of scholar’s information in the field of military medicine.Searching specific keywords or limiting subject categories can not meet the requirements of recall ratio and precision ratio at the same time.(3)When researchers in the field of military medicine implementing academic activities are in the urgent need for a large number of military medical information,especially the latest foreign military medical information.But the academic information of scholars with high impact is scattered in the database,and lack of integration and reveal.In order to solve the above problems,this study constructs the evaluation index system for scholars in the field of military medicine,and takes the scholars of foreign scholars in the field of military medicine as the research object,collecting military medical scholars’ information by retrieving military medical journals and military medical institutions.Evaluate and sort the scholars’ academic impact.And identify high-impact scholars from all collected scholars.In order to orderly organize and reveal the information of military medical scholars achieve we construct a military medical scholars’ library platform.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system for evaluating academic impact of scholars in military medicine field.Using the Delphi method,we designed expert questionnaire,selected 30 experts in the field of military medicine,military medical informatics and library and information sciences.Inviting experts to evaluate the feasibility and importance of the selected indicators,and select the number of published documents in web of science,the average number of papers’ citations,the h index,the percentage of international horizontal cooperation papers,the percentage of the top 10% of the cited number of papers,category normalized citation impact,the percentage of documents cited and the number of F1000 recommended papers totally eight evaluation indicators for evaluating military medical scholars.Calculate the score of the importance of the eight evaluation indicators.Constructing Judgment Matrix by analytic hierarchy process,calculate the weight values of the eight evaluation indicators.This paper analyzes the reliability of the evaluation index system from three aspects: the author’s authority,the reliability of the index system and the consistency of the evaluation index.The results show that all the experts who participated in the questionnaire The coefficient of authority is above 0.8,the Kronbach α coefficient of the experts questionnaire is 0.777,the consistency ratio CR is 0,and the test results of the three aspects meet the reliability requirements.Therefore,the evaluation system has a satisfactory reliability for evaluating the academic impact of military medical scholars.(2)Collecting and collating the information of military medical scholar.In this paper,we focus on the difficulty of gathering scholars’ information in the field of military medicine.This study is based on the collection of Web of Science core collection,which consists of "Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)" and "Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science(CPCI-S).Retrieve the journals of military medicine and foreign military medical institutions to carry out military medical scholars’ information and published literature information for collection and collation.We have collected 15953 scholars by retrieving the military medical journals Military Medicine and Journal of the Royal Army Medical Corps which are collected by SCI-E.Using "AND" to connect the words which are with military characteristics and medical characteristics of the allocation to build the name of military medical institutions.Using Web of Science platform expansion mechanism gathered 24 countries’ 103 foreign military medical institutions’ full name and the abbreviation.Retrieving the literature information published by the 103 institutions,and then collected 177422 scholars.(3)Identifying and analyzing scholars with high academic impact in the field of military medicine.Retrieve in the database of In Cites and Pub Med to gather military medical scholars’ eight evaluating indicators.The evaluation indicators in this study include absolute indicators and percentage indicators.Using the Z-core standardized evaluation method to make the indicators’ evaluation value dimensionless.Aggregate the weighted evaluation value of each scholar for comprehensive evaluating.And the academic impact of the scholars of the core journals of military medicine and the scholarly group of military medical institutions.Sorting core Journals’ scholars and institutions’ scholars according to the comprehensive evaluation value separately.Price found the ratio of the number of outstanding scientists to the total number of scientists is 0.812/nmax.Therefore the scholars with high academic impact of the core journals of the military medicine are calculated as the top 2130 scholars and the scholars with high academic impact of military medical institutions is the top 12834 scholar for the comprehensive evaluation.This thesis analyzed the information about the affiliated institutions,countries and their research fields of some scholars with high academic impact.(4)Constructing scholar repository platform of military medical scholar.Through the investigation of the characteristics of the existing scholar library platform at home and abroad,we designed the architecture and function module of military medical scholar repository system platform by investing the characteristics of the existing scholar repository system platform at home and abroad.It is basically realized the automatic collection,cleaning and de-consolidation of scholars’ information in the field of military medicine.Classify and display scholars’ institutions,research areas and other basic information and the bibliometrics evaluation indicators.Provide a scholar-centered visualization of research collaboration networks and their associated relationships.Preliminary realized Orderly organization and associative fusion of the information of scholars in the military medicine field.The innovative Points of this research are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of scholars’ impact in military medical field is constructed by combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are applied synthetically,and the indicator of F1000 commended papers is bring into the evaluation index system,increased the scientific nature of the evaluation index system.(2)In order to solve the problem of the difficulty of information acquisition in the field of military medicine.Retrieve the journals of military medicine and foreign military medical institutions to carry out military medical scholar’s information.We have acquired a group of scholars in the field of military medicine covering 119 military medical research institutions and 2680 military medical research-related local institutions.More comprehensively and systematically collected the scholars’ information in the field of military medicine.And effectively organized and revealed the scholars’ academic information by a scholar-centered way. |
