Purpose:This study was carried out on the number of all the Chinese colleges and universities and choose the three colleges and universities of statistical sorting. This study is to make an investigation on the Output of Scientific Research among133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain(99 Researchers between 1994 and 2014 supported by National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and 77 Professors between 199 and 2014 engaged as Chang jiang Scholar). We used Literature study method, social network and statistical method to analysis their Output of Scientific Research in order to provides some references for the thought to explore law of top creative talents grow up and scientific research management decision-making.Objects:The Output of Scientific Research among 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain(99 Researchers between 1994 and 2014 supported by National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and 77 Professors between 1999 and 2014 engaged as Chang jiang Scholar).Sources of Information:1. Official Website: The official website of the Nobel Prize(http://nobelprize.or g/); The official website of the National Science Fund(http://isisn.nsfc.gov.cn/egranti ndex/funcindex/prjsearch-list); The official website of the Chinese Degree and Gradu ate Education(http:// www.chinadegrees.cn/xwyyjsjyxx/xwsytjxx/276578.shtml)2. Database: Science Citation Index(SCI) web of Science database of Thomson routers; Chinese Science Citation Database(CSCD)3. Publications: Books, journals, and other publications on the Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain.Methods:1. Literature study,2. Social network analysis,3. Scientometric analysis,4. Statistical method.Results:1. The total number of SCI papers of 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain is 11831, the papers before the scientists awarded(or employed) is3721 while that after the scientists awarded(or employed) is 9320. The total number of CSCD papers is 8072, the papers before the scientists awarded(or employed) is 3736 while that after the scientists awarded(or employed) is 4695. We collected 61 Scientists’ s patent informations of 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain, including 305 authorized invention patents.2. The cited frequency and impact factor of 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists’ s SCI papers are statistically significant, The cited frequency is higher when the Scientists employmented, while the impact factor is less than the Scientists employmented. The cited frequency and impact factor of 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists’ s CSCD papers are statistically significant, which are higher when the Scientists employmented.3. In the cooperation relationship of 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists’ s SCI papers and CSCD papers, there were 122 and 62 scientists worked with at least a scientist.Biochemistry and Molecular biology is the core discipline of the cooperation relationship of 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists’ s SCI papers, whie the cooperation relationship of 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists’ s CSCD papers’ s core discipline is General medicine and internal medicine. Beijing university, fudan university, Chinese academy of sciences are the most important institutions of Chinese Young First-class Scientists to communicate with each other. The United States and China are the core of country network. In the invented authorized patent cooperation relationship of 57 Chinese Young First-classScientists, there were 8 worked with at least a scientist, fudan university is the most frequent exchanges institution between scientists.4. The total number of SCI papers before Nobel Prize laureates awarded between1980-2012 was 7383,while that of Chinese Young First-class Scientists was 9185. The two largest paper of disciplines were chemistry and biochemistry and molecular biology.Conclusion:1. The quantity and quality of papers published after the scientists awarded(or employed) were higher than that of papers before awarded(or employed).2. Chinese Young First-class Scientists’ s authorized invention patent conversion rate was low.3. Chinese Young First-class Scientists collaborated mostly with each other, the ir Inter-institutional collaborations centnt should be improved.4. The SCI papers on the overall quality and quantity of Chinese Young Firstclass Scientists was lower than that of Nobel Prize laureates before awarded. The m ainstream discipline direction is similar between Nobel Prize laureates before awarde d and Chinese Young First-class Scientists.Enlightenments:1. Chinese Young First-class Scientists’ s international collaboration should be deepened.2. Our country need to strengthen innovation management of patent.3. Chinese Young First-class Scientists should pay special attention to the research environme construction and inter-disciplinary collaboration. The supported of Chinese Young First-class Scientists should be strengthened, the academic environment should be optimized.4. We should stick to the mainstream discipline direction, strengthen the direction of concentration about discipline front.Innovations:We used social network to sudy the output of Scientific Researh among 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientouists in Biomedical Domain. We compared the output ofScientific Researh among 133 Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain with that of Nobel Prize laureates before awarded.Suggestions for further study:The scientific papers, and authorized patent invention can only reflect the output of Scientific Researh among Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain on the one hand, and not to conduct a comprehensive summary. Therefore, it is necessary to select the other quantifiable information, such as the monographs and awards among Chinese Young First-class Scientists in Biomedical Domain to carry on the further research.
