Study On The Ethical Causes And Counter-measures For Pediatric Medical Disputes

In China,from ancient times to the present there is a discussion on the ethics between the doctor and the patient,whether it is the ancient "great doctor" or contemporary "people-oriented",it is reflected in the ethical relationship between doctors and patients.Doctors and patients themselves are inseparable;the doctors do not only remove the pain for patients,but also exist to the premise of patients.In recent years,there are also unbalanced imbalances in the field of health care,among which the contradictions between doctors and patients are the most prominent;and the medical disputes in pediatrics are more frequent and become a social phenomenon to be solved urgently.At present,the number of pediatricians in our country is "in short supply",coupled with the increasing tense relationship between pediatricians and doctors,forming a vicious circle.So there have been a phenomenon that pediatricians feel worried and difficult to be a doctor.The affected children feel that children are not properly treated.It's more difficult for patients,so that the relationship between pediatricians becomes gradually more irreconcilable,and even lead to endless conflict,causing doctor personal injury.Due to the particularity of pediatric patients,so that children and children disputes become the hardest hit by doctors and patients,which is more than the level of medical technology factors,but derived from pediatric patients between the ethical factors.It is very common to see the discordant factors in the relationship between pediatrician and doctors,but the author thinks that the fundamental purpose and benefit of both doctors and patients should be consistent.The relationship between the two sides should go forward harmoniously.Some of the current lack of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is a stage of the evolution of this relationship.In today's China,to vigorously promote a harmonious society is the main theme.The establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is an important direction for harmonious society.Based on the analysis of typical cases of pediatric doctors and patients,this paper summarizes the characteristics of ethical disputes and ethical attribution,and puts forward specific measures to solve the problem of pediatric doctors and patients in order to provide a useful reference for the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship,to promote the construction,publicity and development of China's harmonious society.
