The doctor-patient relationship is a basic relationship in the health care system, has always been a hot discussion topics. Basically, this relationship is the one between doctor and patient. However, in the academics, it is considered as a medical interpersonal and contractual relationship between hospital and patients as well as their families in the medical activities. At present the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship performance for ethical plastic in our country, ethical anomie of the doctor-patient relationship is a disharmonious and contradictory condition,, causing loss of the basic norms from both sides and a series of issues. Its practical performances include the frequent occurrence medical dispute profiteering events and intense relationship between doctor and patient. The reason for this situation is the negative effect of our current unreasonable health care system, the lack of professional ethics for certain clinician, the lack of communication platform for doctor and patient, the distrustful medical charge system as well as the uncertainty of right and responsibility for doctor and patient. The present ethical anomie ofdoctor-patient relationship causes the honesty crisis of the doctor-patient relationship, the lack of justice and can be one of major social disharmonious factors.Based on the analysis on the current situation and cause for ethical anomie in the doctor-patient relationship, this thesis proposes the possible strategy. Firstly, the right and responsibility for doctor and patient have to be clarified. Everyone has to set the life ethics idea of respect for life. This includes the doctors and patients and their families to respect life and respect the value of life. The second is to clear the doctor-patient relationship between the rights and obligations of both sides. In the doctor right, in addition to the qualifications, medical equipment, engaged in scientific research, professional training, personal dignity, wages, right to manage the medical work, doctors should also get their life safety, Suggestions to hospital management and medical system, medical technology not badmouth and get respect for and protection of the rights of other social department. At the doctor’s obligations, in addition to abide by the laws and regulations, dutiful, respect patients, improve the level of medical treatment, engaged in scientific research, propaganda and the obligation of health knowledge, the doctor should also explain to patients for medical, treatment of patients with humanization, coordinate other departments for integrated diagnosis and treatment of the patient, can not charge the patient’s bribery, etc. On patient rights in addition to the equal right to health, cognitive, the right of informed consent, to keep a secret, the right of supervision, purchasing released from their obligations and rights, the right to the doctor and the other doctors treatment, shall be entitled to medical staff for a full explanation of the disease, has the right to obtain other medical staff good service, has the right to appeal the doctors and medical staff of medical errors. In the patient’s obligations, in addition to restore health, cooperate with medical obligations and comply with the law and the system of the hospital’s obligations, and support the scientific research duty, and life safety obligation to respect the doctor, have a duty to ensure the orderly and social traffic order of hospital environment, have the duty to reduce the adverse factors of society. Thirdly, the patient’s medical common sense and moral level has to be improved, including the improvement of patient’s medical common sense, legal competence, social conscience, caring consciousness. Fouth, our social medical system has to be improved and the investment to health care has to be increased, we should strengthen the medical supervision. Fifth, we should establish the third-party mediating agencies with high credibility. Sixth, the positive effect of news media should be implemented.The consideration of the current ethical anomie in the doctor-patient relationship in this paper is mainly based on the present situation. The related strategy is proposed and the underlying cause is explored through the observation of some medical phenomenon. Those considerations will be beneficial to solve the doctor-patient relationship problems in our country. However, the doctor-patient relationship issue is very complex, it only can be solved through the teamwork between government, society, hospital, clinician and patient.
