Objective: To investigate the influences of intravenous parecoxib sodium or dezocine combine with ropivacaine local infiltration anesthesia on the pain after mammary cancer. Methods: In this study,we divided 100 breast cancer patients aged 30-65,ASA I or II,into 4 groups(n=25): control group(Group N),ropivacaine group(Group P),parecoxib combine with ropivacaine group(Group PL)and dezocine combine with ropivacaine group(Group DL).In group PL and DL were injected parecoxib sodium 0.8 mg/kg or dezocine 0.1 mg/kg at fifteen minutes before incision. The patients in group L,group PL and group DL were treated with local infiltration anesthesia by 0.375% ropivacaine in the ending of surgery. We did not give any special treatment on the patients in group N.We used visual analogue scale(VAS score)to evaluate the degree of postoperative pain at 2 h,4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after operations. We also recorded the additional requirement of analgesic drugs and adverse reactions such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting and respiratory inhibition in 48 hours afteroperations. Results: We did not find significant difference of age, weight, height, operative type, anesthesia time, operation time extubation time, the additional requirement of analgesic drugs and adverse reactions among four groups(P>0.05).Compared with group N,the VAS score of group L were lower at each point within 12 hours after operation(P<0.05).Compared with group N the VAS score of group PL and DL were significantly lower at each point within 48 hours after operation(P <0.05).The VAS score of group PL at each point(except 12 h)were lower than group L(P<0.05)while the pain score of patients in group DL at each point were lower than group L(P<0.05).The pain score of patients among group PL and DL were found no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The intravenous parecoxib sodium or dezocine combine with ropivacaine local infiltration anesthesia on the patients suffered radical postmastectomy pain is a good perioperative pain management program.
