| Objective:To compare the dezocine with parecoxib sodium for the effect ofmulti-modal analgesia in the Uighur gynecological laparotomy. Methods: Collected fromOctober2011to March2012in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital,Department of Anesthesiology,50cases under general anesthesia in scheduled electivegynecological laparotomy patients, aged25～55years old, ASA I or ASA II, the randomnumber table is divided into two groups: to-dezocine group (group A) and parecoxibsodium group (group B),15minitues before the end of surgery，0.1mg/kg given todezocine (group A), parecoxib sodium40mg (group B). Emergence time were recorded intwo groups of patients after extubation, recording two separately of sedation (Ramsay)score, Comfort (BCS) score。Uses double blind method to record the score of visualanalogue scale (VAS), additional doses of fentanyl and side effects. Results:A group vasscore postoperative2h（2.0士0.6）、4（h1.3士0.7）、6h (1.5士0.7)compared with groupB [(2.7士1.2)、（2.1士0.9）（2.4士0.5）] low score (p <0.05),comfort (BCS) score (1.95±0.39) is higher than the b group (1.4±0.88), there was a statistically significantdifference (p <0.05)。A dosage of fentanyl (21±42) μg of compared with group B (47±40) μg significantly reduced, a significant difference (p <0.05)。Conclusion:(1) dezocine0.1mg/kg intravenous parecoxib sodium40mg intravenous sedative effect was nostatistical difference, quite the sedative effect of both drugs,15minitues before the end ofsurgery.(2) dezocine0.1mg/kg intravenous analgesic effect in the the Uighurgynecological surgery is superior to parecoxib sodium40mg.(3) the adverse reaction ofthe two drugs was no significant difference.(4) in clinical drug safety and the principle ofthe minimum effective dose of intravenous dezocine of0.1mg/kg Bi Parui celecoxibsodium40mg more suitable for Uighur traumatic gynecological abdominal surgery. |
