Objective: The aim of research was to test whether the combination of traditional joint lysis and OT is more effective to treated distal radius fractures(DRFs)patients' wrist-hand functional disorder. Methods: This study collected 62 female inpatients of the Sichuan Provincial Orthopedic Hospital's rehabilitation department, divided patients who got wrist-hand functional disorder into 2 groups. The treatment group(traditional joint lysis with wrist-hand function training)of 31 cases, the experimental group(traditional joint lysis with wrist-hand OT)of 31 cases. There was no difference between the two groups in baseline(age, course of disease, location). The measurements were observed at before treatment, after two weeks of treatment, after four weeks of treatment.Including the ROM,grip strength,Wrist function score,Barthel index score,VAS score. The observed indicators were analyzed. Results: 1.After two weeks of treatment, two groups of wrist joint activity had no significant difference between the experimental group and the interphalangeal joint activity than the treatment group(P < 0.05);after four weeks of treatment, two groups of wrist joint activity had no significant difference between the experimental group and the interphalangeal joint activity improved than the treatment group(P < 0.05).At the fourth week of treatment, there are obviously improved in both experimental group and treatment group.2.After two weeks of treatment, there is no significant difference between the two groups of grip(P > 0.05);after four weeks of treatment, the treatment group of grip is better than that of the experimental group(P < 0.05).At the fourth week of treatment, there are obviously improved in both experimental group and treatment group.3.After two weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in Wrist function score between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment for four weeks, theWrist function score of the experimental group was better than that of the treatment group(P < 0.05).At the fourth week of treatment, there are obviously improved in both experimental group and treatment group.4.After two weeks of treatment, the VAS score of the experimental group was less than that of the treatment group(P< 0.05).After treatment for four weeks, the VAS scores of the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05).At the fourth week of treatment, there are obviously improved in both experimental group and treatment group.5.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of Barthel index score. At the fourth week of treatment, there are obviously improved in both experimental group and treatment group. Conclusion: 1.The traditional joint lysis combined with wrist-hand OT could improve the motion of interphalangeal joints and wrist flexibility more than the traditional joint lysis combined with treatment of wrist-hand functional.2.The traditional joint lysis combined with treatment of wrist-hand functional could increase muscle strength more than the traditional joint lysis combined with wrist-hand OT.3.The effect of OT and functional training on wrist joint mobility was the same. The traditional joint lysis combined with wrist-hand functional training and traditional joint lysis combined with wrist-hand OT for the treatment of wrist-hand functional disorder caused by distal fracture of radius has the exact treatment effect.
